I keep trying to come here but I always have a bad experience. 5 times now. I am writing this review from the drive thru after already waiting 32 mins. and I still am not even halfway through it.Every time I come here, I have to wait at least 20-30 mins in the drive thru BEFORE I get to the speaker. And the speaker says “cash only”. There is no way to get out at this point for another 10 minutes or more.They need to put their signs at the beginning of the drive thru to not waste peoples time.Also, it’s been several months in the middle of the pandemic, no one uses cash right now. Fix your machines??And the service is bad, food is bad. Don’t visit this Burger King. Visit the other ones that are decent.Not impressed.

This place fell off a cliff. I’ve been going here for years and tonight was bad. The order person was rude, and didn’t get my order right. Plus they had an RV running an extension cord from the building to itself across the street. Really bad look for a multi-million fast food company.

This Burger King had great potential unfortunately the franchise ruined it! The burgers are unique compared to typical fast food, it is inexpensive, they're only few Burger Kings in Seattle! So huge potential instead when you go here the restaurant is dirty old building, the employee are rude, the food doesn't taste right, even the drive-thru display doesn't work right! I don't recommend this restaurant ? to the franchise owners shame on you, you could have done so much better for your customers, employees and yourself with little care!

Burger wasn’t fresh and the soda tasted like it was a mix of several different flavors. No ice in the soda. Tried to go inside to get ice but they keep the lobby doors locked. Someone came to the door and informed me that their ice machine was broken. Pretty poor indication that instead of solving the problem, they continue to knowingly sell a substandard product without informing customers. I’d hate to find out how old the burger I ate was.

The food is bad I suggest no one eat here ever again they're not answering the phone the phone number is an LLC it does not go to anywhere with your screen you call the number online it just ring none of this is legit I feel like everything that they are doing is to hurt the community did not help the community I suggest stop going

I had a terrible burger... It was cold, not salt and the bread was terrible... I'm no sure ifthey don't really care when the food is to goThe French fries were bad as well.No going back to BK in my life..
