The quality of service has dropped drastically in the last year. The chicken in the wrap that I just ordered was so freaking hard, that it almost broke my teeth! I couldn't believe it. I pulled it out of the wrap and of course it was burnt. I tried to pull it apart with my hands and could not. I literally had to use my nail as a makeshift knife to pull it apart. I just threw the whole meal away. No way will I EVER get food from here again. Sucks b/c I love BK :(

Food is fresh including the fries. Service is what you’d expect from a fast food spot. This BK being in SODO, I thought it would be less than clean. I was pleasantly surprised as the crew here does a good job maintaining its cleanliness.

I recently tried to use the mobile app. There’s no point. The dining room is closed for safety reasons, and even though I ordered online 20 min prior the employees insisted I wait an additional 15-20 min in the drive through lane. I know mobile orders suck, but I eat here regularly and was disappointed by the poor customer service. My food is probably sitting on the counter getting cold. Now I’m hangry and late.

I was really disappointed with my visit to Burger King. When I got to the intercom, I had to repeat my order about six times. If you’re going to work the intercom, please don’t have a bad attitude—it’s not my fault the speaker isn’t working right. I came to get food, not to deal with rudeness. Definitely not a good experience.

It's completely crazy to me that it is Burger King that has the best fries out of all of the franchises now in my opinion... Good to see the Burger King was also not putting toxic garbage into their food as well

Nice service but there was an overwhelming amount of ketchup and mustard on my cheeseburgers to the point it actually got funny. I might avoid this place in the future

Horrible experience. Ordered food from app. Took them 37 minutes to make the food. Then driver took an additional 29 minutes to deliver. It is a 9 minute drive. Worst location I've ever dealt with.
