Rude as I've ever experienced! The rainbow 🌈 manager needs to take anger management

I haven’t been to Burger King in a long time and my boyfriend and I decided to go today we were placing our order the guy in the picture told us to he couldn’t hear so I spoke louder than just kept being rude when we were trying to order our food the. Once we got to the window they tried to double charge me for mozzarella fries and the guy yells out the window and says it’s her fault 😂 I never asked for two I just had ask for one his attitude was horrible, then I asked for bacon and cheese on my whopper and never got it but was charged for it…. I’m completely done with everything going to Burger King and for the prices it’s worth it especially the way I was treated spent 35 dollars on horrible food and bad customer service! DONT EVER COME HERE!

I walked over 6 kilometers to this Burger King around 9 PM, only to be denied food. The restaurant was open, but they refused to let me in.
I went to the drive-thru window, explained politely that I was on foot, and just wanted to order something. The guy said:
“I can’t take your order unless you’re in a car.”
I said I don’t have a car, and I walked a long way just to get food. He said:
“Then I can’t help you.”
I asked him to open the door. He refused. I reminded him I walked 6 km just to eat — he still refused.
This is not just terrible customer service — it’s cold, heartless, and disrespectful.
If you care about human decency, do not support this place. They had the chance to do the right thing and chose apathy instead.
Burger King, shame on you.

Went to the BK on 3301 4th Ave SO drive thru the food was wonderful 😋 and hot 🔥 and the customer service was awesome will definitely go back again soon 😀

Refused to let me use my BK crowns but put the code in an took the crowns ,Told me a minimum purchase was required but even chat gpt said no you don't need to buy anything just give a code ,sourced from the burger king site itself-asked my name twice in 10 seconds to cast shade on me like Im stealing mozarella sticks theeen they went on to try an disrespect me further by giving me a small or whatever this is after whispering among themselves ...I thought blk folks were better than this both i dealt with the manager girl and her cashier guy thought this was ok...Im confused people.No more bk for me if its not a caucasian doing orders.

This Burger King is the embodiment of customer service! We had called this store 5 mins earlier because we needed some crowns for a last minute school project for our robotics team, and they were extremely accommodating. Upon arrival, they gave us a huge greeting and handed us a stack of crowns, more than we even asked for. My friends and I ended up trying their frozen coke and ice cream soft serve, which was delicious and affordable! Daniel and Chris, the GM and AM, were so kind and generous and made our overall experience so amazing. Would definitely come back, highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a welcoming environment.

This Burger King location is absolutely fantastic! I was assisted by Daniel L. and Chris M., who provided outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude and genuine enthusiasm. They prepared my order quickly and accurately, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The restaurant itself was spotless and had a welcoming atmosphere, making it a great place to grab a meal. I’ll definitely be coming back for more :)

The location was spotless and warm! I have tried more than half of the menu and the classic whopper with bacon with onion rings are my favorite!
