I am the proprietor of a home care business in Seattle and Shoreline. I regularly allocate a minimum of $100 per week to these locations. However, I have encountered discourteous behavior from the cashiers when I visit and inform them of my 10 to 12 orders. They exhibit unprofessional conduct towards me, belittling me for placing what they consider to be too many orders.

Disgusting food. The fries were so salty I threw up a bit in my mouth. The lettuce on the whopper was old and soggy. The chicken wrap was simply disgusting and the meat was old and chewy.

Well, this is my last visit to a burger king. UPDATE: CULTURALLY INSENSITIVE STAFF. Apparently "only Mexicans" cause trouble and can't communicate their order properly. Note: I'm not Mexican but have great friends who are...Cardboard would have been more moist after the rain. No condiments were given even though I asked.Rest in Peace burger king, the last of the fast food restaurants I frequented.

Went thru the drive thru. Should have already known as the guy taking our order genuinely seemed like he hated his job and hated being there. That should have been my first indication to not eat here. Dry greasy burger, dry greasy bun that appeared old and not fresh. Overly salty stale fries. Not a great experience. Spent $49.00 (not even sure how it mathematically made sense) on bad food that left my family upset and still hungry. Service was fast. Definitely plan on contacting Burger King directly.I don't believe in giving one star reviews. Hence the two stars.

I go to this BK 3 or more times a week during the lunch hours... 5 star service everytime. I go here 1 time at 9:45-ish at night and get some of the worst service and horrible BK I've ever gotten... and I used to frequent the MLK/Rainier one all the time, js... I get to the parking lot and the dope feinds are bad, real bad. Then at the box i didnt even know if it was open and almost drove off until someone said 'Uh. What? Can I help you?" There were no drive thru lights, no lights foreseeable through the drive thru window and the order screen was broken. The milkshake was literally milk & flavor on the bottom (and it was vanilla smh) and soft serve in top..no mixing required? Ok. And my original chicken sandwich was obviously from dinner rush, even the bun was stale as if it was toasted hours ago. I will say, I gave them 4 stars instead of 2 because of the daytime crew. Management needs to get it together. The light skinned round man leaves alot to be desired and avery bad taste in your mouth on the night crew. The short lady in the day makes up for EVERY experience I've ever had there... smh.Parking: DO NOT PARK THERE!!!! Use the drive thru and keep your windows up at night.
Burger King is still the King of fast food! Had their mix N match breakfast sandwiches (2 for $5) and dinner French toast sticks. The service was fast and friendly - even at 930 am. The dining room was clean. The gentleman within the front counter was very friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for a better start to a Monday!!

Overpriced compared to every other burger King I've been to in two states! No refills on frozen drinks and $3+ sugar tax?! Crazy overpriced. Kocation is still dirty with food and napkins stuffed into corners. Ewwww.

Asked to use the bathroom to wash my hands from working, was told nope people mess it up so we do t have any. I said that's against health code and she replied that's corporate rules... I said ok but the law states you have to have a bathroom because it's a health risk. But hey you don't make the rules. I wait for my order, then she runs her mouth to the manager. "Oh he just mad cuz he can't use the bathroom" then I unloaded on her she cursed me and then on my way out she calls me a "honky" I was livid. Racist remarks were over the top and not a issue but maybe it was. Calling corporate in a few and the Seattle health department. I'll be back tomorrow just to see if the bathrooms are open.
