Shouldn't have to ask for light mayonnaise every single time. Way too much mayo on the classic chicken and way too much ketchup on the whoppers. Almost like they dont want you to eat there.

I always leave without checking my order when I use the drive-thru, and when I come home, something is always missing from my order.
They don't communicate properly when you are ordering drive-thru and put something different than what you said.

This is the closest Burger King to us and the employees are always awful with horrible attitudes, the food is

always cold and stale, they don’t get orders right and refuse to correct themselves, instead they with respond rudely and will gaslight you into thinking you didn’t ask for something that you did in fact ask for, this review is coming from someone that works in the fast food service

Placed mobile order for drive thru. Arrive 45 minutes before close to pick up but drive thru is blocked and doors to inside locked. Thankfully got a refund through the app but not cool being able to place mobile orders if not actually open

Don’t just read mine, go check all the other 1-3 star reviews and you will see the truth.
4-5 star reviews are workers or friends/family of the workers.

Pathetic will not cook food, and will complain about an order for DoorDash that is too far away.😂😂 bring back $7.25/hr wages they do no deserve $17-20/hr

Cancelled a $120 order saying it was too far away for BK to cook food for a DoorDash order. (6.6 miles away)

You have been reported to Corporate Office and the BBB, hopefully that doesn’t ruin your franchise. Next time adhere to your Advertising and don’t falsely advertise saying you have no maximum delivery radius (as does DoorDash)

This is just a lazy set of workers do yourself a favor and order something else.

When I was ordering through the drive thru the person was so quiet that I could barely understand them, I ordered my food and when I got up there, it wasn't even exactly what I wanted, I had asked for a drink and she instead gave me fries. I don't know how she misunderstood me, I didn't even ask for a sprite. I had a long day so I decided not even to argue and just gave up and got a drink somewhere else. When I ate my food it was already cold after 5-10 minutes as well.

They got everyone's order wrong, all 4 of us, but we ate what we got and were thankful. The people were sweet. The parking lot is small, and a pain to get in and out, but there's such a limit of parking spaces in the city, so I'm glad I didn't have my huge truck with me!
