Drive through cashiers EXTREMELY RUDE and they get upset when you ask them to provide napkins and ketchup in the order, Burger King I know you can hire more friendly people, please do so as your current afternoon crew is absolutely RUDE and UNFRIENDLY.
I went through the drive-through line, ordered the impossible whopper of cheese, asked for some extra mayonnaise packets. Got home and went to put some mayonnaise on the burger, and I got this runny yellow liquid with white chunks coming out of the package onto my burger before I could even realize the mistake! I would normally call and let them know that somebody left their mayonnaise next to a hot oven or some other hot surface because it’s completely separated and disgusting - But they have their number disconnected, and they haven’t reconnected that number for at least three months, if not longer. Extremely frustrating! This is definitely gonna happen to other people and there’s nothing I can do to inform them at this point. The mayonnaise smells rancid and now I have nothing to eat. The guy running the drive-through was really nice though so props to them for that.

Today I really felt the need to review this and only hope someone fixes this somehow. 4 times in over a month I have ordered the Fully Loaded Croissan'wich® with Egg only to get no sausage patty at all. No receipt was given either all 4 times, so I cannot go back and like say, HEY! The people seem nice enough but come on.

Indoor restaurant hours pitiful- CLOSES at 8pm every night! Couldn't eat in 2 visits nearby, even after waiting in cold at drive-up, wouldn't serve me. BK should just shut franchises like this, why not just have a truck outside? MOST GGL MAP HOURS WRONG, just copy drive-up hours for inside.

Went to the drive through and they wanted me to go to the front of the store and made me wait for food outside in the cold for 15 mins for a single meal.

We ordered two whoppers online and added bacon. Did not even add a single piece of bacon in there. We also asked for fries AND onion rings but got both fries instead. Drinks didn’t even come with a straw either. Hate to say but, very bad customer service. We have been here several times and I can definitely say that service is inconsistent. Manager should consider retraining the workers.

Came here to get breakfast and I also needed to use the rest room like no tomorrow however when I asked for the code the morning manager lady hassled me in to ordering before I could get the rest room code and would not give it to me even when I pleaded that I needed to use the rest room first, terrible customer service will never come back.
