Worst BK that I ever been In my life!!! Soda machine does not have other drink than regular coke. Waited 30 minutes for a combo number 2. Place looks dirty n messy. Chaotic. No manager in sight. I LOST MY

No internet access to full menu during breakfast hours...disconnected phone..and using the drive thru at any time is a bad idea. Thay will not take your order till thay finish cooking the one before you.

I had a pretty bad experience here, the staff was not friendly and the food took a long time to make. I ordered 12 churros but when I opened it there were 11 so I went to tell them and they were upset and threw them in the trash in front of me and didn't say anything? I just sat and waited to 30 minutes for a new one. What a terrible experience. I will never visit this place again.

The only thing is that they don't have enough staff and they wait a long time for someone to be dispatched and many people, after waiting, better go somewhere else. The serving staff looks stressed. They are not friendly because of the overwork they have and many people are looking to work there but they say if you don't know English, they won't give you work and they need employees.

I work nearby and I’ll come here sometimes for nuggets or chicken fries and I have never had an issue before. Today I pulled up at the drive thru and ordered fiery chicken fries, that’s it. The guy taking my order seemed confused and I couldn’t understand what he was asking me afterward as it literally sounded like he was speaking another language. When I pulled up to the window he was still speaking in a way I couldn’t understand and then i actually heard him say “what do you want?” As off-putting as that was, I repeated my order about 3 more times before he tried to get his coworker to help. I figured the other coworker would actually help but he seemed just as incompetent. At this point I was frustrated and drove off.

I got a 2 bacon cheeseburgers and fries and a sprite it was so-so I I was disappointed it didn't have much flavored meat I got a 2 bacon cheeseburgers and fries and a sprite it was so-so I I was disappointed it didn't have much flavor to me the pickles were the best part that's a bad sign.

Vegetarian options: I don't think burger king is really big on vegetarian dishes you can get fries or whatever but I don't know I wouldn't bother.

Dietary restrictions: I would ask the manager

Parking: That's probably the best part about this place they have a lot of parking

I was told to pull to the front while they cooked my mozzarella sticks and they were cold and barely any cheese in it. I've never had this problem before. I tried to call them and tell them about it and the line was dead. It only took me 5 min to get home. This shouldn't have happened. 945 pm. I also asked for extra sauce on my fiery chicken and I barely got any. This is ridiculous. The place was empty no one was in line. Why did this happen?

Food was 10/10 but whats the point if the whole time I’m eating all i can hear is what seemed to be a manager yelling at employees. Made me feel very uncomfortable will definitely not come back. And don’t think the employees will either especially the person who was being trained. Manager needs to more professional

i originally ordered two chicken sandwiches today 10/23/24, used the bogo coupon and ordered a large drink and fry. in person. my order came to the counter and she didnt put the fry on the order. so i got back in line, kindly ordered my fry and had her toss it in my bag. THEN i get home, eat my first sandwich, wait hours before eating the next one. only about two hours in the fridge. the bun has MOLD ON IT. there are no burnt places on the paper. i have never seen this before. what the hell? and the phone number doesnt go through.
