Not going to lie, i used to hate going to this Burger King. I always felt the service was way to slow. But I've been lucky enough to be helped by Byron the last few times. He is always fast, happy, and has a great customer service attitude. Keep it up Byron!

Very clean, ordering value rodeo burger with cheese adding haven't had bread in awhile small burger had that grilled taste do wish the onion rings could be a bit more crispy over all burger tasted good. Staff friendly staff customers seem to be either from work gym or neighbors having that neighbor vibe.
Crazy how good Byron is on the drive thru Genuinely a friendly person and the whole team in general is incredibly nice. Best burger king in the area never had a problem with my order and it is always really good and hot.

I moved to Burien near the end of the pandemic and I could tell they were really struggling with staffing issues like most restaurants at the time, plus the area had gone downhill around them, so it would be a bit hit or miss and I stopped going very often...
I tried them again over the last few months, usually during lunchtime on the weekdays, and the staff has been wonderful and the food always consistently good. Whatever turn around plan they had totally worked, it's gone from struggling a few years back to now being one of the best-run places in all of Burien.... big thanks to the drive-thru staff especially, the new crew does a fantastic job and always makes you feel valued and welcome... I definitely recommend giving them a shot!

Worst burger ive ever been too. Ive gone several times over the past 3 months. They cant do orders properly. They always ask half the people to go park before you get your food late so they can scam their times to corporate. They never once got my order right. I asked for a whooper with cheese they charged me for 4 extra slices and didnt even put the cheese on it. What a pathetic establishment. Burger is supposed to be better than mcdonalds. This is unacceptable. Corpirate needs to shut this place down till they find a new buyer with new management and hire new staff this is a joke. Fast food aint supposed to be perfect. But being rude and stupid and cant take an order or make the product all all... at all. What a joke. I hope no one goes here anymore. They need new management. Pathetic.
