Listen I was there yesterday 12/23/2025 day after winter started and they in there having the audacity to be in a silent protest by having the air conditioner on high having it deathly cold in the building to where my food was becoming cold as I ate it. But shii maybe I didn't need to be in the building anyway I'm fasting. Out.

Extremely excessive wait times here. Staff claims due to call outs. I unfortunately got stuck where I was blocked in and couldnt leave the drive thru, ended up waiting for over 40 minutes and by the time I got to the front - they told me it would be 15 more minutes, I left. Quite ridiculous and shameful for a business to run like this.

This Burger King is the way things were once upon a time. I have stopped by here twice and both times my service was excellent. Though what really makes this place stand out is a young man behind the counter. He moves with purpose and when someone walks in he greets them promptly, and as I ate my lunch he asked every customer if they needed anything to just ask him. Multiple customers came inside that seemed to be regulars and he asked how family members were and was totally engaged in not only his job but each customer. I tried on my receipt to catch his name but it’s not there I could not get a good look at his name tag but I believe it’s Byron or Brycen or something along those lines. He even spoke multiple languages and treated his non English speaking customers with the same care.
Along with this amazing service the dining room was spotless and I am blown away by what I expected to only be a quick stop on a jam packed day out working. Kudos to the B named employee keep up this kind of work and you will go far in this life.
To this management promote this young man he is building community in what in recent years is just a transactional business.

Food is always good but wanted to leave a review for Byron. From us waiting in line, to taking our order, then witnessing him serve and take care of other customers while we ate- he has exceptional customer service that is consistent with all customers. Give the man a raise. Thank you Byron for your positive attitude and going above and beyond.

I usually come here after picking up my son from school, all the cashiers are very Nice$ but today the guy at the drive thru was rudely-polite i think he is a team leader with a bad Custumer service, first of all he would let me talk in the speaker, he would repeat what I say, I asked him to let me speak, than he ignored me, than make me repeat my order twice… then at the window he ignored me for 10 mins after he couldn’t use my phone to pay, my food was cold my soda flat, and at the end he thanked me calling me love! And being sarcastic!
Very disappointing! Especially because he is a team leader. :/

The whopper I ordered had a suspicious test had to throw it away. Maybe they don’t use real meat anymore who knows?and it costs $9 just for the sandwich. I will never again enter any fast food restaurant

The food has been as good as In eclectic every time. On my last visit, there was a mistake in our order with the wrong burger being given in the drive-thru. First time they're been a mistake out of the five or six visits so far. Friendly staff and tasty food.

They're out of all carbonated drinks for several days the food was good but you couldn't get what you wanted to drink unless you want a fruit punch or lemonade
