Great spot! Burgers were yummy. Staff (maybe owner?) was very friendly and checked in a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. Easy place to grab a quick lunch with kids. Will stop here again if we’re in the neighborhood.

So, first time ordering from here. Excited because it was highly recommended by a relative. First of all, the madness burger that I ordered was dry and tough, it was overcooked. I was willing to bypass that. And then my husband started to eat. He then said, there’s cheese in my chicken sandwich. I ordered no cheese. I even went back on my order to double check if I ordered no cheese, and it did say no cheese on my online order. So, I called the # that says “need help call this #”. A lady answered. Went back on forth, insisted to call grubhub. I told her, why will I call grub hub when I picked it up, and I called the # and you picked up. She kept on saying I ordered with American cheese, kept telling her, I have proof. She yelled at me and hung up! She called me back, no apologies, mind you! Told me to come back and will give me a new sandwich! Really? I live 20 mins away! No apologies! She kept on insisting that she’s right! I ordered with cheese, yelled at me! Hung up! Are you serious? What kind of service is this?
So, we went back since she said they’ll replace the sandwich. As soon as we walked in the door, she showed me the tablet, I showed her the screen shot of my order! The son joined in, yelled @ me! Yelled @ me, mind you! Telling me that I berated his mom! Why would I berate someone? Just for a $10 chicken sandwich? Seriously? She’s the one who yelled and hung up on me. If I berated her, why did she call me back and offered to replace the sandwich? Just for a $10 sandwich, I got yelled @! The mom even called me a liar! I felt threatened! Scared! The son was yelling! I couldn’t believe it! I didn’t understand the hostility coming from them!
The reason I called is not because I wanted a refund, the reason a I called is not because I wanted a new sandwich! I Just wanted to let them know that there’s cheese in the sandwich. But she didn’t give me a chance to let me tell her this, instead she/they decided to be hostile! Since we were heading in that direction, my husband wanted to get the sandwich we were told that it will get replaced! Which was a mistake and not worth it! This mother and son were so hostile towards their costumer! Towards me! Just for a sandwich! If this mother and son are so hostile with their costumer just for a sandwich, I can just imagine what they’re capable of. Unbelievable! I’m traumatized!

A worker yelled at me for getting sauces at the condiment bar. I did not know sauces were put in my to go bag. Customer service definitely needs to improve.

Got a burger here with a friend today and although the cashier was very nice, it was difficult to figure out what to order considering there was no menu or prices anywhere aside from the gallery of burger options (no prices, just ingredients). As this was my first time here, it would have been nice to have a menu and prices. I ordered the sourdough burger of some sort with sweet potato fries, and the fries were pretty good, although I’m not sure they’re made in-house… that’s fine. With that said, I was pretty disappointed with the burger. The patty was flatter than a pancake, overcooked, and 100% grey to the point of having to be gnawed apart with each bite I took. Very unlike the patties I was seeing on the gallery wall and even here in the Google reviews. My friend was raving about her experiences here, so I imagine this might have been an unfortunate one-off. From all of the photos on the wall of customers, I’m a bit confused as to why my meal was significantly subpar. It seems like people love it here. I wish I had their experiences. After everything, I ended up spending $22 for a small side of fries, a rubbery, flavorless burger, and a ~$3 tip for the card reader that didn’t give me an option for “no tip”. I had to look up the total on my bank account since there was no signage to figure out how much I was going to be charged. Overall disappointed considering the praise I’m seeing in the reviews.
The way the burger is layered is magnificent! Very well put together, beef itself is very yummy and you can tell it’s not processed, I tried the fire alarm burger & it had the perfect amount of spicy for jalapeños lovers! Chocolate shake was perfect as well!

Just stopped by to grab lunch, I had their madness burger (filled with cheese) as well as fries and a strawberry shake. This burger was by far one of the best I’ve had in quite some time, perfectly seasoned and extremely fresh. Quick and friendly service, I was in and out in a matter of minutes with my meal. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for quality.
