Ate here with our family of 4 (2 young kids) on a weeknight. Not too long of a wait for food and the kids were entertained with family friendly movies on the tv. Kids woofed down the kids hot dog and burger. Drive in burger was delicious (but a little salty). Veggie burger was twelve thumbs down. Resembled a mochi taro patty (in color, texture, and sweetness). Just offer a commercially available plant based patty to sub. Tots had a vinegar/lime taste to them that could have been toned now. Were cold on deliver. The ambiance is sterile as another review described. May come back for take out (Drive In burger!) but would sub plain tots or get fries and would not get food for the rest of the fam.

We loved Burger Planet and wish we had tried it sooner! The burger was fantastic, and the meat was cooked medium/medium rare--perfect! The tots COME WITH the burger. They are crispy and delicious! They have six or so choices of sauces for the Tots (also free). They have beer and wine, which is nice, plus outdoor seating. They have remodeled the place; It's clean and modern! Service was friendly and efficient. And they grill the bun! I always wondered why Zippy's came on a cold bun:) Awesome Burger Place!

Holy $#"& this place is incredible!!! Hands down the best burger joint... PERIOD!!! I've crushed a fair number of burgers I my life and can easily say this is the best place to get one. I ate there 4 days in a row after I tried it the first time!!!Staff is so friendly AND they have a great selection of rotating beers on Tap. This is my new go to place!

So good that I felt compelled to leave a review. Super friendly service. Quick service. Insanely good burger. I got the carne asada. It was complex and balanced and super flavorful and interesting. I’m gonna come back at least until i try every burger on the menu… so a lot more.

This is such a cool spot in white center. Really cool environment with Star Wars memorabilia and good music. It’s fitting for families too, with a game area and different movies playing. The food itself is good and offers different creative options for exactly what you’re craving.Vegetarian options: they make an in house veggie burger that can be subbed into any sandwich. Very good.

I'm so sorry but what i had along with my husband there was such a weird taste my husband thought it was the pickles I thought it was the Mayo. I hope we don't get sick. Maybe this is normal but we did not like it.

As a huge fan of Zippy’s, which used to occupy this space, I was admittedly reluctant to try BP. Finally broke down and tried it tonight and my daughter and I were pleased. I had the craft burger, which was delicious, and she had the classic with their proprietary veggie patty. I learned it’s made of carrots, beets, and chickpeas. Sweet tasting and quite unique. Great beer selection, off the beaten track. My only complaint was service and it’s not a knock on the poor gal working the front all by herself during dinner rush, but she could clearly use some help. She talented, just stretched thin. If you loved Zippy’s go see BP. If you don’t know a Zippy’s from a zip-tie, go check out BP anyway. You’ll be happy that you did. So we had to ask them each time to repeat the drink menu a few times.I came with my family last night for dinner (3 adults 2 older kids) Here are our thoughts. First I got the BBQ bacon burger but they forgot the French fries onions, the bacon was thin, kinda like fast food bacon. A positive though your order comes WITH tots. (Swap fries for a dollar) So unlike 5 Guys or Woodies your order comes with a side. It originally comes with tots, the kids said the tots were seasoned and they did like the tots. I got the fries and they were hot and crispy. Even though you can customize on their online ordering you CAN ask for things like no pickles or onions in person. Big plus. FYI - your burger is cooked pink in the middle. I'm fine with this, other people might not be. This is a place you might enjoy better sitting with the family. Star Wars stuff all over the wall. Customize tables and metal work.We will come back but I worry about the longevity of this place with 4 other burger places around so close around.

Needed a burger after an event in West Seattle - asked a friend where's the "one place" for a burger that if I never come back here I need to have. Burger Planet was the place... it did not disappoint. The burger was one of the best I've ever had. Staff was nice and friendly. Great experience - great burger... best tater tots. - thank you.
We had been waiting for Burger Planet to open when we found out something was thankfully going to fill the old Zippy's space. I am sure some would fight me on the opinion that BP is even better than their predecessor. My Drive-In burger was perfectly cooked. The patty, toppings and bun all maintained their integrity until the last bite. I appreciate a burger that isn't dripping and falling apart! I loved their giant, crunchy rings, and we upgraded from tots to fries, which were crunchy and not greasy. Unfortunately they weren't taking online orders, so the Spouse went to get the food, which was surprisingly quick. He reported back that it had the same funky vibe it's always had, plus pinball, which neither of us remembered from Zippy's. There is no shortage of burgers in this area, but Burger Planet is currently my first choice.

As much as I miss Zippy's, Burger Planet is a definite upgrade. The burgers are delish, and they have a rotating menu focusing on regional options, which is rare for a burger joint. Right now, it's a short list of Korean options to go along with the usual fair.The bacon is thick, the cheese is real, the patties are hearty, and the beer selection is local and not dominated by IPAs.Tots come with your burger, but they also have fries and rings if that's what floats your boat. Can't wait to try this place again!
