Burgermaster is a gem. The people who work here are so nice, the shakes are made with real ingredients, the onion rings are unbelievably crispy, and the burgers are the best in town!!

Waiter guy ignored me for 20 straight minutes while attending everyone but me. Was waiting patiently for a while and tried being understanding but I had my lights on and everything. People kept arriving around me and they would get service after about a minute. I was straight ignored while very hungry. Should've been more assertive maybe but I was trying to be understanding at first. Servicing everyone but me is crazy.

Weird ordering system — you have to wait for staff to take your order, which is inefficient and gives little time to think. The veggie salad is tiny like a miniature model, and the milkshake tastes strange.

Just hopping on here to give my man Miguel a SHOUTOUT - first time here, mans was running left and right taking orders, bringing out orders, all while having a great attitude. food was yum, but the service, ha sido un placer😍🍔
If you want avoid people and eat in your car like COVID days this the place. Good quality compared other fast food chain. Menu is a tad smaller than the closed uw location. Driving down the street is quite a scene here.

Come try their burgers and fries. They are absolutely the best... hands down... On top of that the service is fantastic, cool feature with turn the lights on for attention and don't forget the fantastic shakes! The banana is my favorite and it has real chunks of banana. Well done burgermaster!
