Love BGBC. It’s within walking distance of my condo. They have a great beer selection as well as a small canned NA selection, which I appreciate. It’s kid and pet friendly, with a great outdoor area and tons of seating inside.
Kelly is a real "can-do" guy, great customer service and work ethic, also how about that Vienna Lager, best one that I've ever had ?
Fantastic place, beer/cider, staff and neighborhood vibe! Pete in particular has shown us stellar customer service. Can’t recommend Burke Gilman Brewing enough
Great beer and even greater service! Couldn’t recommend this place enough.
So many great options, and Emily was so much help!
Shoutout Emily and Edith for making it a great experience here at BGBC. Road our bikes here and had a pretzel!
I've been to 90% of the breweries in the greater Seattle area, and this is one of the best. Excellent beer, cool staff. Right off the trail, with $1 off pints for bicyclists.
Had the Vienna Lager. It was so good I grabbed a couple cans of the beer to take to my buddies.
Great beer! An awesome place to go and chill. They are great at supporting families at Seattle Children’s hospital. We appreciate your hospitality to have a close get away.
I always love finding a place in the PNW with diverse beer options. From lagers, to IPAs, to Belgians, Burke Gilman will definitely have something you like. I’ve found myself coming here regularly to check out the new brews, the welcoming staff always makes it worth the visit❤️

Caring people that work here with great attitudes!! Keep doing what you do for the community and those going through hard times while their kiddos are at Children's Hospital.
This place rocks! The beer is great (Seriously, it keeps winning awards, you should google it.) The atmosphere is friendly and laid-back. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. There are tons of food options in close walking distance that you can bring in to eat. Parking is easy. Inside there are lots of tables with plugs if you want to work, and outside there are cozy fire pits and heat lamps going in the winter.
There's a real sense of community there, too. They run a program where you can buy a beer for parents whose kids are down the block at at the Children's hospital. They often have interesting things going on -- I've played trivia, seen talks from local experts at UW (they call those "smarty pints"), ordered from food trucks on nice summer days. And because it's so dog friendly, there are nearly always very cute dogs around.
It's the best. Can't recommend it enough.
I have literally never reviewed anywhere before, but I had to for this place. I was on a late night bike ride when my light died and my backup wouldn't turn on. I unknowingly rolled up to the brewery as they were closing, and yet they still gave me a beer and offered charge my lights. Once I realized what time it was, I apologized and went to leave, but they insisted I stay to charge my lights as they cleaned up for the night. Massive thank you to y'all for the seriously delicious beer and for the kindness you showed me. This was my first time coming by, but I will for sure be back.
The beer is really good. I love to see a place that produces older styles of beer (like Belgians) without over-investing in hoppy pales. They have hoppy beer too, but thankfully it isn’t 90% of their menu. The atmosphere is a nice, conversational volume. Never change ?
Great spot! Thank you kindly for the free pints for careworkers. And delicious beers with great variety. Something for everyone. Check it out!
