Seattle has some gems for food truck but if you’re looking for a mind blowing burrito, look no further. I loved the veggie burrito but the Poblano burrito is a 10/10. They are packed full (save some for later), offer a variety is salsas and get the food to you as quick as possible. I’d say max amount of time I’ve ever waited was 10 min. Can’t speak for the breakfast burritos but the lunch burritos are laughably small. Decent flavor but clearly a breakfast burrito place as everything slightly tasted like bacon. Too small for the price though, legitimately laughed when I got it.
