DEAR OWNERS: Thank you making a California Burrito in Seattle! Price and value were great. However, I do have a couple suggestions for improvement.
As you can see in the photo, the fries aren’t cooked enough or crispy. They are more like hash browns than fries. The beauty of a California burrito is the crunch you get from the fries mixed with the flavor of the cheese and carne asada!
While I enjoyed the green salsa, the red salsa wasn’t typical for what I’d expect from a California Mexican restaurant. Perhaps too much chipotle flavor.
Overall, thanks for bringing my hometown to Seattle. I hope this review gets read as I’d love to continue supporting your business!
