I visited a couple of times after trying the tarts at a dinner party. The tarts were excellent (especially if you are a fan of marzipan). First visit the service was so-so. Not great, not bad - indifferent is the word. Second time was not a good experience at all. Extremely discourteous and juvenile. I don’t remember ordering a double eye-roll from both people working behind the counter. Poor customer service does seem to be a trend here - I for one will not return.

Atmosphere: there isn’t much indoor seating. There’s two outdoor table. In the middle of an empty plaza, next to a Brazilian steakhouse. Would welcome a branch closer to a downtown area

Delicious Scandinavian pastries! Artisanal prices are justified by the quality. Pear tart was a particular favorite, and I recommend any of the seasonal offerings. Good stuff!

I highly recommend visiting this place at least once if you want to eat just normal cookies like chocolate chip or peanut butter as well as if you would like to taste something very specific like marzipan pastries, semlor or white chocolate mousse with strawberry coulis.
Thank you for bringing the rich traditions of Scandinavian baking to Seattle! You definitely made Seattle more special, unique and international!
