C Davis, Texas style BBQ

C Davis BBQ is a 'pop up' food truck... so the atmosphere is the great outdoors. & it's totally take out! That said, the smoked meats are just the best! I don't know where he sources his meats, but the ribs (pork baby backs & beef) are meaty & smoked to the perfect doneness so not dry! Tender & falling off the bone goodness. His turkey legs are... like if there was such a thing as turkey ham... His brisket (comes chopped but rumor has it sliced will be in the mix soon) makes, perhaps, the best brisket sandwich I've ever had... consistently! He has sides that are all delicious- my favorite is his red beans & rice. Well worth checking his Facebook posts for where to find his truck next! But be on time & be prepared to get in line. He sells out of hundreds of pounds of meat in about 3 hours...

Owner is very thin skinned. He sure doesn't like it when you point out that his brisket isn't Texas-style. If you can't serve your brisket in slices, then you're doing it wrong. The banana pudding, which he doesn't make, is OUTSTANDING.

The best BBQ around! They came to tehaleh and were extremely generous and kind. They worked their tails off to deliver amazing food from their truck. It was a warm day with a big crowd and we appreciated it a whole lot. Awesome food!

We’ve followed c C. Davis Texas BBQ for a while now. Have had his delicious food multiple times. He’s got the best bbq in the area, while in line once I met a guy that drove 2.5 hours on Super Bowl Sunday to buy this bbq. On top of all that him and his team are the best and you walk away from
His trailer feeling thankful for the experience and so damn excited to get home and chow down on some real hand crafted food.

Hands down the BEST bbq I’ve ever had (other than my dad’s of course). I didn’t think it was possible to have bbq this good in Washington. This place is not overhyped. Their reputation matches the quality of the food. Now I understand why the lines are so long at events. Looking forward to trying more items on their menu.

I had the mac n cheese, potato salad, smoked turkey leg, beef ribs, tri tip, and waffle fries.

Once I have some room in my stomach, I’ll try the banana pudding. I’ve heard it’s incredible!

They were at sunrise park in Puyallup yesterday about to close up and head to Renton, before leaving samples were handed out boy oh boy the beef rib samples were huge and melt in the mouth type no sauce needed the meat spoke for itself ..

Some of thr best BBQ I've ever had!
Yes it's a different kind of establishment, that being a huge trailer in someone's front yard! It seems strange however once you try the food it will seem kinda cool!
Not a diner in type of spot but order to go is definitely the way to role.
The food is top notch so don't let the location turn you off!
It was nice and flavorful and very tender!
For the price it's definitely worth it!

Also they help some of the homeless people and other community members by donating the food that could go to waste to the local residents!
That's so nice and helpful instead of wasting the food like so many other restaurants sadly do!

If I had to pick 1 thing to improve my experience, I would recommend having a small family seating area for those people that would want to sit and eat instead of being in the car.

Great people, they have a huge following on Facebook for a reason. And the long lines. It's good Seattle style BBQ and the kindest people ever. Portions are big and they occasionally run promotions at the end of the day.

Best barbecue I have every had! We stood in line, in the rain, for just under an hour, I will easily do it again.
The meat is so tender, the sauce is perfect, and the workers are so friendly.

Friendly, mind-blowing barbeque. Had a huge portion of brisket, the best waffle fries I’ve ever eaten, a fantastic mustard barbeque sauce. Only downside is they only post info on Facebook, instagram hasn’t been updated in like 200+ weeks/no website.

I’d KILL if they had a restaurant.
