Great wines but customer service is total shite. I get that they’re a small business and have minimal staff but if they’re charging $125 for a single bottle then there should be some level of communication. I placed an order, didn’t hear a word so decided to send an email to follow up, I was worried about shipping wines during the hot summer months so I just wanted to check on the status, monitor the tracking, etc. it might be particular but for a wine of that price I want to make sure it’s taken care of properly. I ended up writing multiple times to no response at all so I canceled my order. I did receive a vague “order canceled” email and now a week later my card has not been credited that amount back yet. For the prices you’re charging, you can afford a sales rep to deal with customer interface it would greatly smooth out your transactions and perception in the public eye.
Got a special tour, was great, great wine release
If you haven't tried Cadence, you're missing out!
Fabulous wines, great winemakers/owners.
Share in the knowledge and fellowship of award-winning winemakers Ben Smith and Gaye McNutt then share a bottle of their amazing Cabernets and red blends. One of Seattle's hidden gems.
