I like the food and drinks at this place but the service is just not that friendly or engaging. Every time I’ve gone I feel like I have to apologize for being there when I take an order or ask the barista for something. I’m from the south and there’s probably a culture difference here since there are definitely Seattle freeze vibes for me in all of this. But I expect people to engage with customers, seek their needs, and to be happy to serve them. I do not get that here at all.

I had a beet hummus avocado sandwich it was absolutely delicious! The cardamom latte same thing, absolutely delicious!
It was a bit limited seating for eating inside, luckily we got a table because someone just left. The drip coffee didn't suit our flavour but everything else was fantastic.
Highly recommend this place!

Disappointing; hardly any Swedish or actual Scandinavian items on their menu. Where’s the skagen toast, the fish/multigrain bread plates, etc. we got avocado toast and a veggie plate- there’s a Viking breakfast!
Too inefficient for ordering; the lines aren’t manageable

Excellent coffee shop, their house black coffee is amazing. We got the quiche, croissant club and another pastry was amazing. Easy parking. Also plenty of seating in cozy environment, would highly recommend.

Amazing service, the coffee was delicious and the food was BOMB!

Kid-friendliness: They were so helpful and patient in assisting my kiddo who has very specific food tastes in finding him the perfect item!

Few vegan options but the overnight oats were tasty and their Copenhagen latte was nice (I did ask for less sweetness).
However, I can’t say it feels like what you get is worth the price. A decent cup of soaked oatmeal and a latte for $20 is a bit absurd (yes, I know this is Seattle, but raw material prices for these things are similar nationwide). When their coffee is already so pricey it feels extra absurd that they charge a full $1 for oat milk (when at this point it’s on price parity with any quality cow milk).

I really want to love this place and give a higher rating. I kind of like the coffee here and some staffs are really friendly, but the tables are almost always dirty. Every time I visit this store I need to clean the table.
Plus, later in the afternoon they start to season their cast iron cooker (I guess, based on the smell). The smell is all over the place, my hair, and my clothes. Now I’m struggling with removing the odor from the fabrics…
I feel like the more I visit this store the more disappointed I am to the experience… I would consider searching for another go-to cafe.

Beautiful little brunch shop in Queen Anne. The food was delicious and also fairly priced. Take advantage of the special drink menu since they make great unique flavors of coffees. Also, the apple compote on the hot cakes made my day!

Very good, especially when the weather is nice, to drink coffee in a somewhat quiet atmosphere in Seattle. Not a tourist magnet, but in an area where you feel like you're among regular Seattleites.

Unfortunately it is small and closes at 4 p.m., which we as Europeans found a bit irritating. But the really, really good coffee is very, very strong. And kept me going at full speed for a long time - ideal for exploring the city with more than enough energy. ;)

The cookies are divine. The staff very friendly and helpful. We went there often and really enjoyed our time there.
