I wish I could give this a 6. Best cup of coffee in my life. Got a simple pour over and the flavor was to die for. Perfect temp, perfect everything. I actually got a $20 Lyft ride to come back and get another cup before I left town!

Mike Vallely once beat up 4 guys in the 7-Eleven parking lot that this coffee shop is built on top of. It is part of skateboarding history and deserves a plaque. 5 stars!

Constantly out of ham and cheese croissants. They need to plan their inventory better for their customers. Not only did they disappoint me, disappointed the woman behind me who also wanted one. The neighborhood has to put up with burnt coffee smell as if you're living next door to a Starbucks. Do better Cafe Hagen

I ordered an Americano and the chicken avocado salad. While the coffee was great, the salad was a major letdown—the chicken was extremely dry and certainly not worth the price.

What left the worst impression was the service. Other customers who ordered food and drinks were given table number stands, and their orders were brought to them. I was not given a number stand, and instead, my coffee and salad were simply called out at the counter for me to collect myself.

It’s unacceptable to treat customers differently and still expect a tip. I can’t help but question whether my experience was influenced by bias, including the possibility of my skin color. Regardless of the reason, I left feeling unwelcome and will not be returning.

Cozy, cute corner coffee shop. Great for people watching or meeting up with friends. Prices for coffee and food were higher than expected but maybe that’s Seattle. One of us liked the cappuccino and the other one did not. The vegetarian egg skillet was the tastiest item we purchased for breakfast when compared to the croissant and quiche. We’d gladly buy that again!

One of the best roasts in Seattle. They also have phenomenal pastries. I would recommend the Sunny Seattle and the Blueberry Danish. I typically get hot coffee with cream because their coffee is bomb. The only complaint I would have is the cafe itself is rather small and the prices are high. But hey, it makes sense given the central location and amazing food.

Great cafe for studying or working. WiFi available! I don’t like their matcha, it was premade.

Cozy spot with amazing coffee!
This coffee shop has such a warm and welcoming vibe. The coffee is rich and smooth — you can tell they care about quality. I loved the little details in the interior, it’s the kind of place where you want to stay and relax. Great service too — friendly baristas and quick orders. Perfect for a quiet morning or catching up with a friend.

This was my first time here. I enjoyed my chai latte thoroughly. Probably the best one I’ve ever had to be honest. The staff were kind and quick to serve us our drinks. I even enjoyed the aesthetic and music.

We were here at the 8:30am time slot. Fortunately there was very little wait but this can vary greatly as you never know when people will show up. If there is a wait I encourage people to be patient as it’s definitely worth it!

Thanks for the great start to the morning!

The food here is consistently good and the pastries bar none, however this is not Starbucks. Prepare to wait awhile.

Terrible food terrible service. Waitress had a negative attitude. Not clean, Health department should inspect this place appeared to be roach droppings near the service area. Tables had food crumbs and sticky from remnants of soda spills. This is not a bakery just a neglected excuse of a coffee shop. Save your money go somewhere else.

Such a cute little café and conveniently within walking distance of our hotel! Every pastry we tried was absolutely delicious, and I really loved how creative and fun the featured drinks were. A perfect spot for a cozy treat or a morning pick-me-up.
