We stopped in on a quick whim headed to the Bainbridge Island Ferry and it was a GREAT whim! We ordered the ham and gruyere croissant, the energy bar and a hot cocoa. The croissant was mouthwatering good. The energy bar - HO.LY. COW. I had expected just ok and that my adult kids would eat it right up, but I hated to share once I tried it! It’s soft and chewy, sweet and so full of good flavors! I wish I had the recipe!!! The hot cocoa was just ok - I’m a Swiss Miss girl (gasp!)...
Cute place. We went there for lunch. Both of our sandwiches were good. The service was a tad slow but that's part of the charm of slowing down and taking it easy so it was a non issue for us. The staff was overly pleasant and checked in on us appropriately. Definitely a place to hit if your visiting Bainbridge.
A great spot both for coffee and catching up with friends as well as great lunch options. They have a wonderful selection of teas which I always appreciate as a non-coffee drinker, and great food options. Really enjoy the vibe of this place and I stop by when I can!
