Bomb as usual, it has been 2 years since I last been here and the taste and quality is consistent ?. It's as authentic as your going to get in Washington state, I love it! The customer service is consistent as well, my experience of the staff was that they are chill and sweet, nothing has changed, they are great! Love them! 10 out of 10!
I had a dining experience at this restaurant where I ordered two Churrasco plates. Unfortunately, one of the orders was missed by the waitress, causing a delay in the service. However, the food was really good. I would suggest that the new male waiter could work on his customer service skills by being more attentive to detail when taking orders. This would help in providing a better overall experience to the customers.
The 4 of decided to visit this place before the Sounders game. It has an interesting vibe, seeming to transform into a nightclub at night. During the day, it was fairly quiet. The service was friendly but rather slow. Unfortunately, two of us ended up getting terribly sick and missed most of the game. I've had excellent Cuban food in Miami before, so this place was just average for me overall.
