We drove from South Seattle just to try this restaurant. No website to book a reservation, so we thought we would arrive a bit early 5:30. Walk up to the restaurant to see half the tables empty. Great! I ask for a table for two, the hostess says it will be about a 90 minute wait. Looking around the room, at least 8 of about 16 tables were completely empty and just sitting there. I ask why all the empty tables? The Hostess responds that they are for reservations in about a 30 minutes from now. Wow...Ok....That's unfortunate. I can't help but think how inefficient their customer turnover/churn is, how many people must be denied and how much money this restaurant is leaving on literally empty tables.

This restaurant is near and dear to me! The food is fantastic, and you can feel the familial vibe between the staff. When you eat here, you feel welcomed into their warm environment. My go to order is a bunch of the mezzes and dips, with a main, all to share. Love this spot!

Small menu, does every dish perfectly. Great service too. Get a reservation rather than walking in.

We love having Cafe Munir in our neighborhood. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food is superb. Every time we have guests in town, we’ll take them there for a meal and they always rave about it!

Incredible food and wonderful atmosphere. Every time I come here I try something new and it’s always delicious. Go with a large group and get lots of things to share! They have tons of incredible vegetarian dishes and their lamb and chicken skewers are outstanding. Highly recommended.

Cozy spot. Expect slow but personable service, flavorful dishes, and a reasonable price tag.

Restaurantji Recommends
Never available for dine in or for take out, working on a selected hours, it seemes more of a hobby of the owner than actually having a business place that serve customers.
Cute small casual restaurant offering Lebanese food. It has a family restaurant feeling and the food felt authentic. Everything was delicious, specially the hummus with bubbling lamb. The spices gave it a complex flavor.
They offer small plates (mezzes) to share so I would recommend ordering as many different ones as you can depending on your party size. Only downside was they were out of muhammara, labneh, and cauliflower, so we had to keep changing our order.

We happened upon this restaurant and are so glad we did. This delightful restaurant has a family style vibe to it. The food was wonderful. The green beans with tomato’s sauce was my favorite and the chicken skewers were very tender. Highly recommend

Finally made it in to try the delicious Lebanese offerings and was not disappointed! Bubbling lamb hummus, poblano pepper dish, cauliflower dish & cheese bread stood out and were dreamt about later in the night, haha. We were fortunate to get the window seat for two and enjoyed watching Royal Heights activities. Service was stellar and authenticity checked out %100!

It was good. If I could give this a 3.5 stars I probably would. The food was tasty and the servers were nice. I think my only qualm with the place was the pricing. I found the food to be pretty expensive for what you got. Especially since I’ve been to other places around Seattle that have food that I would say is a similar quality, but much cheaper. I definitely think you’re paying less for the food and more for the experience of going to a cute little cafe. I don’t know if I can say it’s 100% worth a visit but I’m not mad that I went here.
