the food was not that great. food didn't have any flavor, & was pricey for the small amount I got. I would have gone somewhere else if the was a better option in that area. It's ok I won't be back

Really laid-back place close to campus. It's it American dining experience. Food averages 15 to 20 dollars per person

Food was great. Lobby was a bit grungy and the bathrooms were dirty but better than average for the neighborhood. Worth going to for a bite and they were playing great music.

Came in trying to wake up with a coffee so I ordered a small drip coffee then when the coffee was presented to me it looked water ed down so I ask to have something else and I will pay the difference but the cashier told me not to raise my voice when clearly I was doing that because there was loud misc playing but instead of smiling and saying I understand and change it for me, he went on talking about i don’t want to serve you gave me my money back

My latte tasted so sour like the milk was rotten. Had to throw out immediately.

The coffee was fine, but if you go for breakfast do not under any circumstances order any variant of the eggs benedict, lest you aid and abet culinary crimes of a truly heinous nature.

Our eggs were not poached - they were cooked to the extent that the yolks were hard boiled: chalky and completely solid. Seriously gross when you expected a runny poached yolk.

Before leaving we told the counter staffperson how utterly inedible they'd been, asking her to tell the kitchen, for the sake of future customers. All we received in return was a blank stare.

Never again.

I used to really like this café (and recommend to my friends), but lately their quality has dropped. In the past month alone, I’ve had three separate instances where I didn’t receive the coffee I ordered. A caramel macchiato is supposed to be sweet, but mine only tasted sweet for the first few sips; after that, the remaining three-quarters tasted like plain coffee. I’m not paying $5 for something I can get for free at the university.

On top of that, the staff doesn’t seem to know the menu well. As a coffee enthusiast, I asked for a specific espresso combination to make the drink sweeter, yet they still served me plain coffee for $5, again. This has happened three times now. After a few sips, I end up throwing the drink away right outside the shop.

Unless the staff gets proper training about the menu and coffees and improves their communication, I’ll be taking my business to other cafés (and recommending my friends to do the same).

Service is great, food is mid, price is slightly too high for ingredient quality. Some friends won’t eat here and I understand why—the greens on the salad haven’t gone bad yet, but dang, it’s close. WiFi firewall blocks half of the internet seemingly randomly. Pro tip: use incognito mode.

One of the few coffee shops open late in the city. Good vibe for working on a laptop. Sometimes they do karaoke so less of a vibe then.

Open early (0700). Order at the counter, take a sign with your table number and silverware to your table.

You should wait for 15min for one Americano. It’s amazing for someone who wants to go to work ASAP. Plus, always has a poker face.

This place is one of my go to spots for Pasta if I’m on the Ave. It was very busy when I went in the afternoon but the food didn’t take very long to come out at all. I got the Carbonara.

Excellent breakfast. Great portion size, and food was terrific. Highly recommend. Service was a bit slow, but it was crowded in a game day, so understandable.

I ate their pork bulgogi quesadilla and i got diarrhea. That was the only thing I ate that day. Good portions and service though. Food smells good.
