This neighborhood coffee shop is the best. Everything about it. Friendly, delicious coffees and food, incredible back patio. The atmosphere is the cherry on top. You’ll feel right at home whether it’s your first or 100th visit. I usually just get a latte but when the weather warms up the oatnilla cold brew is my jam. Nothing like it, beyond delicious.
It's my local Cafe and has always been a really relaxed and positive place to be in. Everything is vegetarian or vegan I believe and there's quite the variety. Staff are always super friendly and I appreciate that they are still wearing masks when handling food and drink. Almost wish everywhere would do that or encourage it. There are also items you can purchase and a little library that you can check out with various books about social justice and change. Also zines and local content.Vegetarian options: I think everything is vegetarian or vegan. I haven't done it, but you can probably ask the staff whether they can modify items; however, I don't think you can ask them to make things non-veg. For example, you will not be able to substitute to add pork bacon.Kid-friendliness: There's seating and the walls have some art so I can imagine kids could be curious and interested in the setting.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp on the MLK side.

It is overly priced for mushroom coffee very small size! More than 6 dollars for single iced cup of coffee.Also, I asked if I can get reward after I realized there was rewards program.Barista said I should have begun prior to purchasing coffee.They never told me that there is reward program so I should find out on my own?Mushroom coffee is not too sweet still it it better than normal coffee.Parking is extremely difficult as coffee shop doesnt have parking spot andI had to park the asian store nearby crossing fingers I wouldn’t get towed.I can’t explain the flavor of mushroom coffee but not bad. Iguess I would go there if I walk on foot.
