I’m obsessed with this place. Everything I’ve tried is super good. My favorites are the asada huarache, green chilaquiles, tamales, and the horchata latte. Cute little spot with friendly staff!! My favorite

Incredible flavor, and the best part is they offer cafe de olla, I remembered my childhood when my grandma used to make it.

Lovely little cafe, food very good, pleasant to sit, diverse clientele, outdoor working people having early lunch, a few hi school age. Shared a nice quesadilla. Lots of shredded chicken.
Parking: At 11 a.m. lots of street spaces.

I love coming here. Easily one of my favorite Mexican places in Seattle. Appears to be family owned and ran. Everyone is always so kind and friendly and the food is great!

Cafetal Quilombo Cafe is one of my favorite Mexican spots in Seattle! It's also my go-to cafe for studying. From the atmosphere to the food, everything is spectacular! Their customer service is top-tier and makes you feel very welcome. I've tried almost everything on the menu, but my top favorites are the tamales (all flavors), the mulitas de birria, and both their breakfast and regular burritos. And let's not forget to mention their horchata—some of the best I’ve ever had! I’ve even catered their tamales for work events, and they were a big hit. All in all, you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu at Cafetal Quilombo!

The pozole is delicious (and spicy)! The tamales are also excellent, as are the handmade drinks (the horchata is the real deal). Super affordable too.
