I’m really frustrated with my experience at this coffee shop lately. I have been a loyal customer for years. Lately, I can’t use any of my rewards, so I’m sitting on 3 free coffees. The prices have skyrocketed and the quality of people behind the register is lacking (much like an “I don’t care” attitude).
Local shops are best when you get to know the people behind the register and folks who want to make the experience good, that hasn’t been there these last couple of weeks.

Calling out the fact that I ordered a breve cappuccino and it cost me nearly 8 dollars with tip, the most expensive breve in the city so far… they add a dollar on for the use of half-and-half instead of milk. The irony is when the person behind me orders a triple shot large 16 oz Americano and they’re allowed to use as much half-and-half as they want. This is ridiculous and a lame fad that has caught on at some coffee shops. It’s one thing to charge a little more for half-and-half, say $.25 or $.50 depending on the size of drink, but a dollar or more is ridiculous and rude, especially when others get too poor half-and-half in their coffees to their liking.

Came here for an afternoon walk at the beach and coffee. Nice flavour full and strong coffees. We had the following: - Iced Americano - Moca Latte - Iced Tea Decaf - Iced Dirty Chai My son ended up buying ground coffee to make at home.

Came here today to get some work done on my computer, such a nice spot! I love the design, and the neighborhood is the cutest. The service was great and fast. It’s a cute, cozy coffee shop. The barista was the sweetest, and the coffee was excellent. The only downside was the lack of pastries—lots of donuts and cookies but no croissants. Maybe they were just out. Overall, a great place!

Just meh. For such an upscale price I expect flawless customer service and near-perfect drinks every time. I haven't been blown away with either the service or the quality of the coffee despite drinks costing upwards of 10$ w/tip. Last time I went another customer had to tell me my order was on the counter, I thanked the barista and was ignored - on top of all that it wasnt any better tasting than starbucks for twice the price. They do make it strong tho if youre looking for a heart racing pick me up.

Yet another place no longer taking cash in Seattle. Ive been here 2 other times before and the staff are snobby and less than welcoming. Foods average. I think its incredible that cash is no longer a form of payment and instead they've moved to cashless where the tips for these people just to serve you a cup of coffee matches fine dining. Im over it and I would not recommend this snobby, cashless place to be a patron. Lastly she (and in a pretty snotty way) said we keep getting robbed. Oh...ok...robbed during business hours with customers in there?? Excuses excuses to be less than convenient for your valued customers.

Never again. This place was nice and the coffee was good, but with a one dollar tip this came to $10 for a 16 ounce latte. Absolutely outrageous. Anywhere else I can get a 20 ounce for six dollars and a one dollar or even two dollar tip And still be two dollars under that price. Absurd.
