Lardo Coffee in downtown Seattle is a true gem! Their drinks are amazing, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I've never felt so welcomed. It's cozy and inviting inside, perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying some me-time. I highly recommend it for delicious beverages and top-notch service.

So I have been in town all week for work. I was stationed at this building for 4 of the 5 days so I got to know this coffee shop and the sweet lady who runs it. I am not familiar with all things coffee so I had to describe to her what I generally like at Starbucks and she made me something that was DELICIOUS. I returned each day and she remembered me and happily made the same for me each time. I come to Seattle quite a lot and I can't wait to return here.

I love this Ladro location because the coffee is always fantastic and so is the customer service. Grace offers every customer a relaxed yet consistent experience. With her barista skills, she need not be friendly to draw me back, but she always welcomes me back warmly. The Southwest burrito is damn good. I'm never disappointed. It would be great if more hot food options were available.

It’s my favorite Ladro location. No wonder recent reviews were positive about the place.Grace is a friendly but professional barista and it’s nice to have someone to talk to when grabbing coffee instead of interacting with robots at other businesses. Kudos.

I enjoyed my experience at Cafe Ladro. The serene atmosphere provided a peaceful environment for sipping coffee and unwinding. It's a great spot for a relaxing break or quiet conversation. The barista was friendly, and the vanilla latte I ordered was expertly crafted, striking a perfect balance of boldness and creaminess. The chocolate croissant I had was delightful and perfectly flaky as well.

Caffe Ladro drip is slowly climbing my personal rankings. Happy they have high quality drip available at the end of lunch hour. Very personable batista as well. Very light traffic when I go in and around lunchtime.

Nate is the best barrista! I tired a white chocolate for the first time in my life and it was so tasty and frothy 100/10 would recommend, thank you!!
THEY CLOSE AT 2PM. 2PM. IN A DENSELY-POPULATED CITY CENTRE. 2PM. THERE ARE SUBURBS OF LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY THAT HAVE MORE CONVENIENT COFFEE SHOP HOURS. THIS IS INSANE.

Went there for a TooGoodToGo order and the store was closed at pickup time. No notice beforehand or anything, just wasted my time instead of saving food waste.

We stopped here for a coffee after breakfast, and we were so disappointed. The coffee was disgusting, and the service was some of the worst I’ve ever received. If you don’t want to work in customer service, find a different job. No welcoming hello, glares, annoyed that they had to make coffee, no smiles, short replies, and when they messed up my husband's coffee, they got upset that he asked for his vanilla to be added in that he ordered it with originally. Very short and snippy. As a business owner myself, I’d be furious if my employees treated people as the two gals did to us today. So sad because anymore, a small business is already competing with larger companies, and usually, customer service can make or break it for you. We will not be going back.
Great coffee, good light!
