Best team on duty today when we ordered our drinks! Great attitudes and well crafted drinks. Except the matcha is the chalky one (not our favorite texture). Nice place to hang and converse. High energy music that isnt too loud or cloying.

Had a great breakfast with my adult children. Great conversation and time that money cannot buy. I enjoyed the overnight oats. My son enjoyed the pancakes. Precious time with loved ones

The chorizo and fried egg breakfast (gluten free!) was fantastic. Also, the employees were really exceptional. If I was local, I’d come back for breakfast even if I wasn’t staying at the hotel. There is plenty of seating for breakfast since they use the dining area of the sister restaurant which isn’t open for breakfast.

(GF note — I can’t speak to cross-contamination because it isn’t immediately noticeable with the type of allergy I have. The person who took my order was very willing to discuss allergens and offered to put an allergy note in for the kitchen.)

Caffe Ladro, located in the Astra Hotel, is a delightful find for coffee lovers and food enthusiasts alike. The selection of beverages is impressive, featuring a variety of high-quality coffee options that truly stand out. I tried their coffee, and it was exceptional—rich in flavor and perfectly brewed.

For breakfast, I opted for the steak and eggs, which were cooked exactly to my liking. The dish was satisfying and well-prepared, making for a hearty start to the day.

What really made the experience memorable was the service. Troy, Randielynn and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and pleasant, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that enhanced the overall experience.

If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by Caffe Ladro for a great cup of coffee and a delicious meal!

The staff at this Ladro Coffee (located inside the Astra Hotel) are excellent! The breakfast options are very good and varied! The coffee beans were outstanding, as are the baristas. The food from both the pastry case and what is served from the hotel's kitchen was delicious every morning. Other recent reviews mention (very valid) complaints about the Astra's breakfast policy for Elite Members (coffee + single pastry only) and I am not sure those reviews accurately reflect the staff or service provided. It was clear to us that the both the restaurant and hotel staff were well aware of the frustration from guests and they proactively apologized about it. It is unfortunate that they have to continually hear complaints from guests while it is not addressed or improved by the hotel's management team.

We are here at the hotel, we here with my partner over the weekend and was served by Randielynn on all occasions here and at Salo during the pop-up hours. She’s our favorite server because of how graceful, knowledgeable and warm she is. Randielynn really goes the extra mile and provides top service with a smile. ✨

This place is one of my favorites! The staff is terrific, coffee and food is great too! Butter croissants or ham/cheese croissants are what I’m always coming back for!

For the price point, the food is OK. The location offers convenience. Based on other's reviews and pictures, dining-in may have yielded a different experience. Service was friendly, but for $18 (base price, pre-tax and gratuity) I received 2 eggs (prepared well), the equivalent of 1 thin slice of sourdough bread, 2 sausage links, and the saddest serving of potato hash I have ever experienced, which unfortunately was a bit oily and unpalatable.

Super expensive breakfast menu. I got the all American breakfast which consisted of 3 small sausages, some over cooked eggs and potatoes, all of which were very grease and of cheap quality.
