Bad customer service. Called purchasing because sales didn’t answer and the guy hanged up the phone once I finished my first sentence. Could have said thanks for calling try again or any thing to keep clients.
One of my favorite places to deliver! Great coffee and even better people❤️

AWFUL customer service. As a new start-up brand I reached out to Joe's Garage Coffee to inquire on their advertised roasting and infusing services. I had a phone call with the new business product development manager who acted like I was a bother and did not seem interested in the least to obtain my business. I requested a rate sheet to be sent so I could review the information further. There was zero follow-up after our phone call. As a long-time customer success manager, I would never treat a potential customer this way especially when we are talking about spending 10-20k on a product. It was a terrible first impression and based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Bad expensive experience..Customer service is not the best. During Covid I was very excited about my new start up business. I spent $3500 on product, they didn't tell me the coffee had a 1 year expiration date. As a new online only company, it's nearly impossible to sell 4500 k-cups, especially during Covid. The company requires you to purchase 55,000 lids to be sure you are a returning customer, which I would have been but I feel like I was deceived not knowing about the expiration date. There were a few other issues but I have said the most important.

It's not a coffee shop and not a car garage provider. It's a great place for manufacturing coffee products.

First time getting load here, Tight dock area but it’s not bad, friendly staff and decently quick loading. Sure does smell good!
The worst customer service ever!!! I was willing to place an order for 6500$ (First batch of coffee with packaging ) and never even received an email I asked for , salesperson was rude and hardly gave me any explanation. This is not the way you treat customers.

I would never do business with them! website says they do manufacure coffee with funcional ingredients but the sales rep keeps denying & says they dont manufacture such stuff. Very bad experience.
They were friendly. I was loaded and back on the road in an hour.
Amazing staff that are super helpful & kind with clean & organized work spaces, with of course, amazing coffee!Definitely recommend!
