This coffee shop has great vibes. I love this place, and try to visit whenever I'm in downtown. The fact that Caffe Umbria sells great coffee also helps!

I found the cold brew extremely weak and 75% ice. Cute cafe otherwise.

Sometime ago, I had a year plus consulting gig in Seattle, land of a coffee chain that I do not care for ... so I just had to find a unique coffee shop that I could frequent each morning before I went to work. I was fortunate to find a caffe along Olive Way, which I found very appealing as it was very Italian in ambiance, service, coffee and food selection. (I am an Italophile!) Each time I returned to Seattle, this became my go-to caffe and on Saturday mornings, I got to know a few locals including the owner, Mario. In the last several years, it changed hands and is now one of the Caffe Umbria locations, but still managed by him, with the same outstanding coffee, pastry selections, and service. I recently visited and was pleasantly surprised to meet Mario’s daughter, Marta, working side by side with him … something unexpected, yet special, surely. If you are ever in downtown Seattle, check this place out and experience a little bit of Italy.

Good coffee spot. I loved the black drip coffee. They have some food options I didn’t try. Descent space to hangout
Weak, watery, overpriced matcha. Disappointing.
