Went in for a latte but was disappointed. The milk foam was lacking, and there was no latte art despite dining in. It also tasted weak—maybe not enough espresso? Not the best experience.

Good coffee, but an 8oz oat latte cost over seven dollars before a tip. Absolutely absurd.

I love the coffee at Umbria. I stopped by to purchase some coffee as a Christmas present and I had no problem finding the two coffee's I was looking for. They even ground the coffee there. It was fairly busy when I arrived but the service was great!

I encountered the same incredibly rude person working at the register on two separate occasions and won’t be returning again. It costs nothing to be kind and respectful to your paying customers. The coffee is mediocre at best.

If you want a good cup of coffee, do yourself a favor and go to one of the other fabulous coffee spots in Ballard. There’s no shortage of them.

Delicious cafe mocha, ordered an extra espresso shot for just $0.55, best price I've seen for an additional shot in the last year. The drink prices are in line with most cafes, all about $5. The flavors do not disappoint! Music plays at a reasonable volume, makes a nice spot to work or chat.

Chai and matcha lattes were awful - watery and excessively sweet. Barista must've been new or not trained properly. Waste of $15

I think that it speaks to the depth of beautiful shops here in Ballard but I found this sophisticated cafe completely by accident while I was looking for something else. I originally mistook this cafe for Miro Tea, which is apparently next door, so I was originally curious as to why there are so many more coffee than tea options. Still, I ordered a chai tea here and greatly enjoyed my time in this classy, European space, filled with delicious brews and a decent breakfast menu. The cowboy sandwich that I had was not particularly special, but there are a wide variety of menu options that I presume are a little tastier. Above all, if you are a coffee connoisseur, you will be satisfied here, even if you are a bit of a snob: such is the sheer variety on the menu and the refined yet soothing elegance of the space.

It’s nice they have a plant based sandwich. It’s prepackaged and wasn’t heated evenly, but did the job. Nitro cold brew was good

Over priced and snobby, just what you’d expect from Ballard.
