Some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. The foam on top was so creamy. Too bad every coffee shop isn’t like this.

Coffee was great! I went with some friends and all of us really enjoyed the coffee. The pastries and food we had was good too, but it’s definitely more of a coffee place than a bakery or cafe.

UPDATE: went for second visit. it was cleaner.

Matcha was good. However there are many flies in the store, and even one in the bakery cabinet.

Ice caramel latte has good flavor but it's not sweet at all. If you like non sweet, this one might be for you. The location is very tidy and the staff is nice. Drink was ordered in person and done quickly.

Good coffee but the audacity to charge me 25 cents because I asked for iced. I’m already paying 6$ for a small coffee. It’s not about the 25 c its about an organized loot. I’d go to the starbucks across the road

Went here for the first time to get some stuff done before work. The staff are super friendly, and the drinks are superb. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice spot to get some work done with good coffee

Really good coffee, exceptional service, and centrally located

Underwhelming experience. I got the honey oat latte and it tasted like watered down coffee. I got a croissant as well, which was average. The woman working wasn’t very welcoming and seemed to be very stressed running the cafe alone. Can’t say I’ll be back.

They tried to charge me almost $4 for an extra shot just because I wanted it on the side instead of in my latte. The menu says an extra shot is $.50.

We got the mortadella foccacia and that was good toasted. However the service needs improvement. Not welcoming staff. Ordered 2 Honey Latte and one regular latte. And the 3 orders came at the same time so we asked the barista which one are which and he just answered “it’s labeled”. Like he couldn’t have pointed at the reg latte he just made…
Will not come back.

Umbria feels like an Italian cafe in the best way- the espresso counter and tall tables for a quick drink, then a seating area just on the other side of the wall for those who want to sit back and relax. The cafe sits on a sleepy street with plenty of outdoor seating.

They have many different food options, though I’m partial to the piadina containing spicy salami and arugula.

Their coffee is good! Is there better coffee in the square? Probably, if you’re really into pour over and specialty coffee- but Umbria is open early and makes a mean cappuccino. Their standard espresso is good and their baristas are talented.

I highly recommend Caffe Umbria for coffee dates and early morning breakfast.

Great location! Highly recommend visiting if you are near MOHAI and South Union Lake. They have a good choice of different delicious coffee drinks, but this is not a good place if you want to eat special and fresh pastries. The interior looks good!
