We were seated immediately. The kitchen accommodated our kiddo by serving buttered pasta for them. Loved the burrata with figs. Pasta dishes were well prepared. We had room for dessert and were pleased with the cannoli and kiddo loved the sorbet.

The entire team was so so kind, calling ahead that there was a potential delay, helping me with a wonderful table, and the small details setting up the table with a surprise without asking! Really appreciated everything the team did. Thank you so much!

Service from check in to check out was outstanding. Ambiance nice but VERY loud. Too loud. Beet salad, Burrata appetizer and harvest salad were all delicious. Tagliatelle was reported as very good. Cannelloni was ok but mostly sauce. Sweet potato gnocchi were dry and the sauce that was in the dish was VERY salty. Sorry folks!

Always a top notch dining experience here, my firm favorite!! Neighborhood restaurant feel with upscale menu and great, attentive service.

Amazing restaurant all around! Service and food were excellent and we were given great recommendations on wine.

Waitress with an attitude. most of the food we ordered was not good to say the least. The beets salad was bland, the melazane was horrible , gnocchi was way over salted and the filetto was over cooked. The only dish we liked was the cannelloni and the desserts.

Enjoyed the pleasant and efficient staff. Bartender was very helpful in answering my questions.

Good Italian food, incredible vibe. It's built into what used to be a residential house so it's very homey and welcoming. The little touches of decor and excellent lighting make this a perfect spot for a date or reunion with good friends. Now, onto the food.

I was a little bit disappointed by the focaccia. I'm not sure if I just got a bad batch, but the texture was just not what you'd expect from a focaccia—lacking any real chew or crunch, this was more like a cornbread or a pound cake. It still tasted good, but I wouldn't order it again.

The burrata is nice, though it mostly feels like a collection of ingredients on a plate rather than a thoughtfully prepared dish. The chef could do a little more to elevate it and bring it all together.

Both of my mains were excellent. The pappardelle alla bolognese has perfect house-made pasta and rich, meaty sauce. That one is not to be missed. The filetto di manzo (beef filet) was cooked perfectly rare, as I requested. The hearty polenta has an incredible texture and the mushroom shavings give a huge umami boost, all making for a simply great bite.

I also tried a selection of desserts, some dining in and some to go. The zeppole was easily the highlight and should not be missed. It's enough to split for 2 (though you may want a whole one to yourself after the first bite). The other desserts were decent, but nowhere near as good as the zeppole.

Overall, there are a few small aspects that could use improvement, but I really enjoyed sitting in that lovely space, visiting with the friendly staff, and having a few amazing dishes.

Great friendly restaurant. Service was great. Our table was 5 feet from entrance door which gave us a chill every time it opened as it was a cold night. So maybe ask for a table away from entrance for reservations. Overall though, excellent staff and location, great pasta. Would return again.

Surprisingly, good but not excellent. The focaccia was meh. Caprese, meh. Figuring I had to have the fresh pasta and did the gnocchi. It was average (certainly not for the price). It was bland, extremely lightly sauced. A single dash of parm would have made a difference. The portion size was good but you can only eat so much gnocchi. My spouse had another dish (can't remember which right now) but got 4 pieces of pasta. Very nicely cooked and decent flavor. But. When the bill came it was impossible to not feel fleeced. I'm doing 4 stars because the service was great but food wise you can do allot better for the price in my opinion.

This place used to be in my top Seattle neighborhood restaurants, but on our recent visit it didn’t live up to its previous stellar performances. Service was good, not great (same with the food that previously wow’ed me). Would come again, but Cantinette has fallen a bit over the years it seems.

Amazing experience at this cute, neighborhood restaurant. Every dish our group had was amazing and trust me, we tried almost everything. The pork belly and risotto were incredible. The tomatoes on the caprese salad were so fresh and juicy. The best part was the top notch service provided. Anastasia was knowledgeable, friendly and checked in on the table the perfect amount. Everyone else was great and we loved the team service aspect. Will definitely dine here again!

Food was a bit disappointing- salmon was overcooked- shameful for a seattle restaurant to miss execute esp at $40 and the spaghetti vongole was totally dry (never had that happen before) with a clam that was not fully opened.

Great food at a neighborhood gem. Small menu but great food. Had their Caprese which was huge (easy to share) and their papardelle bolognese is some of the best.
