Food was a bit disappointing- salmon was overcooked- shameful for a seattle restaurant to miss execute esp at $40 and the spaghetti vongole was totally dry (never had that happen before) with a clam that was not fully opened.
Great food at a neighborhood gem. Small menu but great food. Had their Caprese which was huge (easy to share) and their papardelle bolognese is some of the best.
The hostess and waitstaff were on it and excellent in every way. The summer gnocchi dish was one of my favorites from this whole season. It's also great that Cantinetta gives you quite a few choices for wine by the glass, some of them especially reasonably priced.
Absolutely loved it. We got the arugula & grilled peaches, pork belly & the focaccia. Highly recommend each. For our mains we got cappelletti & rigatoni. Each plate had a great serving & were delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant, will be back.
Absolutely lovely neighborhood gem. Uncomplicated menu. House made pasta is excellent. Reasonably priced for this type of restaurant. Small but thoughtful wine list.
It was okay. So noisy waitress couldnt even hear our order and got it wrong. Food was not great value for the price point.
This was our 2nd time in and it was as amazing as the first. Quaint little joint in an older area of town. Service was excellent and the food was outstanding! We will return.
Such a nice place! Food was good as well as the wine, you get the value of your money :) the caprese salad was delicious!
I am a vegetarian who has been eating at Cantinetta for years. Their pasta dishes had been very inventive and exceptional but lately the quality has gone down. Pasta dishes are still good but are not as interesting and do not hit the exceptional mark. I can say their tiramisu is always yummy. My friend got the beef bourguignon which she said was exceptional as always.
The service and meal was great as usual. The caprese was to die for as was the main meal. Don't leave without trying the Tartufo Affogato.

Lovely spot for delicious fresh salads and pasta. A little off the beaten path, which adds to the charm.
Always a great dining experience. There is a lot of energy in the room, the wait staff is attentive and fun, and the food won't disappoint. We took our friends there last night and it couldn't have been better.
We love the food and service at Cantinetta. There are a lot of hard surfaces so the noise is intense.
Waiter was not super enthusiastic and restaurant was crazy hot with no air flow. Food was just mediocre
Cantinetta never disappoints, the food is excellent and the menu is varied for the season. It's hard to put a finger on it but it always meets a standard hard to find at most restaurants, great food, great service, nice place. I'll be back soon again.
