Wasn’t feeling well and needed some congee. Got the chicken congee and Chinese salted doughnuts. It was exactly what I needed. The congee was perfect and had lots of ginger in it. I ordered from UberEats and it still arrived piping hot.

The congee is unreal, best fish congee I've had. Love the soup as well, simple (in a good way) and extremely comforting. Great great great southend spot.

Yummy food and generous portions! We came to this place around noon on a Sunday. We ordered claypot spicy beef rice noodle, wonton Sui-Kau Noodle soup, and Salt Pepper fried chicken. All tatses pretty good and homey! I'd recommend trying the claypot noodle if you want to try something more flavorful beyond the general canton dishes. It comes in different soup options: spicy, tomato, golden hot and sour etc. and it has loads of toppings including fish balls, beef balls, corns, ham, greens, etc. The service is very nice.

The sui-kau noodle soup and fried wontons were so good and authentic tasting with a friendly young waiter. If I lived in the area I sure would visit more often in the upcoming winter months.

Have you ever just ended a long weekend of drinking and sat there hoping for a piping hot bowl of wonton noodle soup??? Because that's me, ALWAYS. This is the spot. I'm usually a purest and only want wonton, noodles, and soup. But I have to say, their wonton noodles soup with brisket and tendon is *chefs kiss* you get all the textures, flavors, and savory notes. Service was quick and easy and the seating is no frills. Just how I like it.Get the wonton noodle soup with beef brisket AND beef tendonI love thin noodles, but next time I might get a mix of thick and thin noodles. Make your mix of chili, soy sauce, and vinegar on the side and you're in for a treat! I want to come back to try their roast meat and fried chicken!! Must be good

It's simple food and it's a pretty solid for what you ask for. It's noods, plain and simple. Not fancy or mind numbing, but it can hit the spot when the mood strikes you.

Definitely a hole in the wall type of restaurant. In the best way possible. We came here on a Saturday evening and our party of 6 got seated right away. Our server was really nice and we got our waters filled quickly. I ordered the wonton and brisket soup and it was great. Super flavorful broth and the brisket was very tender. Would definitely come back again.

Recently remodeled and reworked their menu and payment system! The food is the same (amazing as always!) Love to see this local business thrive!

Canton noodle is under new management. Unfortunately their wonton broth is not as good as the previous owner who uses dried scallops and anchovies to brew the both, which makes the broth rich in flavorful. The Sway Kai was missing the shrimp and tasted blend. The blenched kidney, liver and tripe were over cooked. Terrible. However, their hot pot noodles was excellent. Highly recommendedParking: Easy parking and very friendly host Warren.

New ownership, went here last week...It was def a surprise but we sat and gave it a try. Revised menu, New prices.Miss the grandma/grandpa hospitality..not sure if I'll be coming back.Been comin here for years! It's literally a block away from my house. Sad.Kind of a let down esp with the new ownership.
