Great place for a sunny happy hour. Sad they seem to have backed away from drink specials. So this is mostly just for typical classic cocktails or beer. But a great place to afternoon chill with friends. Classic capitol hill staple.
Been coming to blacks for 15 years. It's changed a lot but will forever be my favorite bar. You can't even come close to matching the patio on a nice day.Great bar. Great staff.
