8:45 on a weekday - 5 people in line, one person taking orders and making drinks, two people gossiping in the back
Good coffee, don't really know why but like other location on pike better. This one does usually have a little gf food though.

Great tasting lattes, made better by the beautiful latte art. High quality coffee. The atmosphere in the place was nice and made me want to linger because it was comfortable enough to just sit and relax and enjoy a cup of coffee.

Their matcha latte was soooo good!! I’m a self-proclaimed matcha snob and my matcha latte was prepared perfectly! You can definitely tell they use high quality matchs there as well.
Amazing ambiance, excellent service plus yummy matcha! Highly recommend :)

The coffee itself was fine. Unfortunately, not good enough to offset the rest of the experience.
I ordered ahead through the website and went in around 9am. Once there, the barista told us that none of the food items were actually available. The system clearly wasn’t updated, so we were still charged for items they couldn’t provide.
Instead of resolving it on the spot, we were asked to leave an email so a manager could issue a refund later because the cashier didn’t have the authority to do so. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, and no attempt at service recovery.
Tech issues happen. What doesn’t have to happen is making the customer do extra work to fix a problem they didn’t cause. As of now, we’re still waiting on the refund.

I was looking to try a new flavor, and Mo suggested a brown sugar & fig latte that she created. It was fantastic—like a fruity caramel, but not overly sweet. Hoping to see this on the regular menu someday! Great atmosphere here as well. Easily 10/5 stars!

I’m always on a hunt for a good latte. I came here when I was looking for a place to finish my work rather than for coffee since its inside an Amazon building. Ordered a caramel latte and it was unexpectedly amazing. The best latte I’ve had in months. It had the right balance of the flavor, milk and espresso. For your reference its not on the sweet side so if you prefer something sweet it might not be for you, but if you look for less sweet caramel latte it’s perfect.

An elegant old brick building in Seattle, the kind that looks particularly distinct when contrasted with the anonymous glass towers rising everywhere nowadays in this neighborhood. It stood out to me certainly, and I entered after a morning walk to the waterfront, and I ordered Earl Gray tea and a dolce de leche croissant. Both were a little expensive, but nothing too extreme by Seattle standards, and the refurbished interior is wood grain and quite lovely. I wish there was a little more of the old industrial chic to it inside, but there was nothing to complain about, and everyone was quite pleasant. The views of the neighborhood are quite dramatic, and so this is an ideal place to have a seat beside the window and look out at the people passing by.

I'm doing a self guided coffee tour. I'm a big Sumatra fan. The daily drip roast was over-roasted and bitter. I'm thinking maybe the brew was old or robusta beans were used? Not a fan. Will try an espresso next time and maybe different roast. The staff was average.

The coffee was delicious, the space is nice and the staff was helpful. Would definitely go back
Stopped in for an espresso during my walk-about of South Lake Union. The barista was very friendly and the coffee was done in no time. It was good coffee. I liked the slight fruity flavor and that it came with sparkling water.
