Relaxed vibes, quick service, and strong cold brew.

Order was wrong and they were out of decaf
Really nice spot! Victrola has a great location and a beautiful, aesthetic vibe — perfect for getting some work done or just relaxing. The coffee was really good too. I’ll definitely be back for a quick coffee!
WE LIKE THEM
$1.25 for oat milk, the highest alternative milk charge in the area. Fortunately, there’s a million other coffees in the area that are better. The menu is also deceptive in pricing - claims .9-1.25 for alternative milk but they charged me 1.25 on the menu. When I asked why the price was high, cashier today was pretty unhelpful and says “I don’t know, that’s the price on the button”…
The latte pricing is already pretty high.
tldr: overpriced coffee and unhelpful service

Pleasantly surprised by the environment
Good, not great espresso based coffee. Overpriced for its quality. Feels like nothing has changed with a switchover from Seattle Coffee Works (which wasn’t great either)
I wanted a decaf americano but their grinder was out of order so I just order a regular drip coffee. The coffee was old and tasted rancid.
No white chocolate
Does an $8 latté really make sense?
The atmosphere here is definitely better compared to other Victrola locations I’ve been to, but that’s likely because it used to be Cascade Coffee Works. While the space has a nice vibe, it feels like the charm belongs to its predecessor rather than Victrola itself.

Had a latte this morning. Put regular coffee instead of espresso as if I wouldn’t know lol. Last time going there. So annoying when people take shortcuts. It’s a $7 “latte.”
The banana cake is very delicious and not too sweet.
$8 for a lukewarm latte with soy. They charge $1.50 for non-dairy. Didn’t even say it just charge you for it. Horrible service. Turns their back on the customer once they ask a question.
Delicious coffee and baked goods, as well as friendly and inviting baristas! We got banana bread and walnut coffee cake, both moist and flavorful.
With 2 drinks and 2 baked goods, our total (including tip) was around $30.
Great vibe, lovely bright location with plenty of natural light coming in from massive windows. Highly recommend.
Wow! I love the atmosphere. Customer service here is so genuine as well. Just wish I had more incentive to be in this area of Seattle to justify being here more haha. Coffee is also amazing.
