The amount of times I would tell people this was my favorite Italian restaurant… I can’t say that anymore because their lack of customer service ruined it. I won’t be going back here ever again.

I usually order two things one for dinner, one for lunch the next day. That’s what I did this time. I ordered the baked cheese spaghetti and didn’t realize until I went to eat it for lunch today that it was just plain spaghetti. I didn’t pick up the order until about 8:40 last night and they closed at 9:45. So even if I had realized it, they would’ve likely been closed by the time I got home/ready to eat.

I ordered through Slice and contacted them this afternoon to see if they could credit it. I even sent pictures showing it wasn’t the right item, which they agreed it wasn’t. However when they reached out to Castellos, the restaurant refused to credit anything saying I didn’t contact them last night and that they did the order correctly. Well, clearly not.

Now they have lost my business and any recommendations because they wouldn’t fix their mistake.

Also their parking lot is horrendously tiny and if you want any customizations on your salad (I.e. just cheese and no other toppings) forget it because they don’t read those and won’t fix it how you asked. I ignored that the last few times I ordered because the food was good but I guess it should’ve been a sign.

Very cozy and friendly staff, chef, and owner. Extremely fresh food, great salads, nice selection. I live a few blocks away and it’s become my favorite go-to restaurant in Seattle. Prices reasonable. It’s great if I am in a rush because their prep time is very fast - but it also has a lovely atmosphere if I want to bring family or friends. They also allow dogs, which is quite rare for a restaurant!!

Salmon fettuccine is on top, I have it very often, like their pizzas though , they also have halal option and gave me tea for free🕌🙏💯. Very good atmosphere inside, and very friendly owner! Like this place🍝

One of the best halal restaurants in Seattle area! We had the halal chicken wings and beef pepperoni pizza. They have a great variety of halal food and the restaurant had a very comforting vibe. Definitely will come back!
