Had the roasted cauliflower, pork sliders, and spicy beef rice cakes. Very good! Lovely flavors going on there. Shoutout to the cutlery; they were very uniquely shaped, a pretty brushed gold color, and weighted well. Perhaps a bit pricey, but that’s to be expected from a restaurant that wants to be a bit upscale in the main floor of a hotel.
Beautiful, modern Korean restaurant. Making a reservation was quick and easy. The menu offers a great selection. I tried several dishes, and my favorite by far was the pork jowl—it was incredibly flavorful. Unfortunately, the Wagyu ssam was the worst; the meat quality just wasn’t there. Side dishes were also underwhelming.
Service, however, was top-notch—attentive and professional. Restrooms are located on the second floor, accessible by elevator.

The ambience and service are great, the food wasn’t unfortunately.
The main course: Duck Sot Bap tasted like plain rice with a dash of salt, there wasn’t any duck umami of some sort. Maybe it’s supposed to taste that way, but it’s underwhelming.
I only liked the bone marrow, 4/5 rating. Great concept of modern korean cuisine but I expected elevated flavors.
