The friendly staff made the meal very enjoyable. We had baby back ribs, wagyu beef, cuddly kale, beef tartare and a bottle of soju. The beef tartare was flavored with sesame oil and tasted very Korean influenced. The duck fried rice was also great!
Overall lovely and delicious!
The only downside is that you need to walk through the hotel lobby and upstairs to get to the restrooms.
The friendly staff made the meal very enjoyable. We had the short ribs, Wagyu, Brussels sprouts, beef tartar and a bottle of soju. The beef tartar had a sesame oil accent making it taste very Korean influenced. The duck fried rice was amazing as well!!

Strongly recommend the "Sot" menu.
I was able to enjoy warm rice and soft beef til done.
The chicken wing was good as well. Sauce was fantastic!
The only thing I was disappointed was.. they looked short staffed. Server refilled water just one person in my crews. They looked crazy busy.
However, I will visit here with my friends next time. The dishes soothed my anxious soul on the last trip in Seattle.
