I stop by today, I order chicken buffalo with Cajun fries 🍟 it was great it really hit the spot. Couldn't forget the peach lemonade it's always great and refreshing.

It's located in the food court at the 2nd floor. The food was amazingly delicious. A soft bread filled with juicy well cooked beef and decent amount of sauce, crispy lettuce and fresh slices of tomatoes. Fries were crispy too but it was poorly served a paper cup! The cashier was nice and fast. Portion was big enough to fill you up.

I had a birthday offer to redeem here and I was in the area to redeem other birthday freebies so I was excited as I was thirsty and they offer a free any size drink. I haven't really tried their lemonades but I saw that they had watermelon strawberry lemonade which are my two of my favorite lemonade flavors separately but never had them together. It was really busy at the Southcenter mall but surprisingly no line at Charley's as most people were waiting on their order. I saw that they had a kiosk too which was neat but I didn't know if I could use my coupon so I went to the cashier, Guillermo who was friendly and professional. I asked for no ice and he got my drink made quickly and correctly. Guillermo also wished me happy birthday when he handed my drink which was sweet.

Definitely glad to know that the staff here are friendly, the drinks are good and the staff to be on top of it even though a very busy Saturday. I'll be trying out the food and other offerings that they have in the future!

My nnickname is Lao ocean, your food taste terrific each summer time I go to the mall. But always notice that u have customer supports issue and the counter and have now less people than it was back in time so I guess we have to use to screen for us now to do it by our sleeves. And your drink always is as the best and have fresh thoughts in your kind kind in the day to relax your mind.

Flavorless meat with cheese whiz on over steamed soggy bun..Line cooks fixing their hair and touching everything without changing gloves. To go order with no napkins.

This place was terrible. The customer service was rude and unprofessional. They made a mistake with my order and were unwilling to fix it. When I asked for hot sauce, they said it would cost extra—delivered with attitude. Definitely not coming back here!

Over fried & over priced!

Tasteless! Just Avoid!
The order was missing items, whether deliberately or by accident, who knows as they knew we were not from the area.

I had delivery. The Philly Cheese Steak was delicious! It looks exactly like the picture. I highly recommend!

Second review: Food delicious. However, getting it delivered is another matter. Door Dash hasn’t done well at all. First time Door Dash stated it was delivered. That wasn’t true. I never received it. And now, Door Dash messed up my order and the sandwich had to be done again. Door Dash was an hour late. You might want to consider a different delivery platform. I told them the name of my apartment complex and the address. I don’t understand why they have such difficulty.
I didn’t receive the potato chips I ordered.

Third review: Had cheese steak sandwich delivered. Much different this time. Hardly any meat. Short on vegetables.

Music too loud,personal not focusing on taking orders,is the 2nd time they mess up my order.

MOLD WARNING! I ordered a cheesesteak on 8/5. I had already taken a bite when I saw a molded tomato on the other half of the sandwich. So disgusting. I threw it all away.
