The food is good. Customer service is subpar. But I work in the mall and I come here for the convenience but 9 times out of 10 my order is missing something or wrong. It happens so often it’s actually ridiculous at this point.

Order states no tomatoes and the lady puts tomatoes on my sandwich and then takes them off while all juices and seeds are on the lettuce and pickles. Ended up walking away and tossing the $23 dollar order. Sorry the Root Beer was good. It

I had a beef Philly cheesesteak in tukwila a year ago and it was delicious. Have been craving for another one went to alderwood mall and ordered one it was horrible. The sandwich was a mess, the meat was so dry. I just can't believe you can wreck a sandwich so bad. Won't go there again was a waste of money couldn't even eat it! Good thing the fries were good.

I used to LOVE this sandwich place, but since they installed the self-service order screen, they steadfastly ignore anyone at the other register. They adamantly want you to use the screen, and will just stand there with their backs turned to you. Want a fork? Get ignored. Need more ketchup cups? Get ignored. The food is still great, but there are other places (like next door!) with great food that will give personal attention.

Literally the worst human beings work here??? Like this is my favorite place to eat but I won’t order here because they are always rude and never want to help and they make you wait in line to pick up online orders like why can’t you just help me???
Ordered a chicken Philly sandwich and they gave me steak. Not only did they waste my time but I only had 5 mins to eat since I was on my lunch break and had to walk back up to have them change my order. The food was good but the workers need to be more aware of the orders they are making

I ordered the Kentucky Bourbon steak sandwich, size small, and it was really tasty with a great bourbon flavor. All the ingredients tasted fresh and it was hot and delicious. I recommend it.
