This restaurant is just perfect. Great food, great view of the city, great decor. It has some of the best atmosphere of any restaurant I've been to in Seattle. They even had two musicians playing jazz in the corner. We went to Charlotte for our 10 year anniversary, and I felt proud to bring my wife here. It's sort of pricey, but the prices felt fair for the experience we had.

Our favorite spot for weekend brunch! Every dish we tried was thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious.

Highly recommend the French toast and crab cake. So fluffy and well seasoned! 😋 The service was attentive and kind, and the atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming.

Highly recommend for a relaxing brunch or special breakfast with the views.

This is my third time coming to Charlotte restaurant and lounge and this time I was able to work with their private dining manager, Naleisha, who made my birthday celebration so incredibly special. In addition, we had our amazing waiter Gene who was incredibly attentive, kind, and overall made my birthday one of a kind. Cannot wait to make coming here a tradition for my birthday every year. Thank you thank you thank you!!

This was my second visit to the Charlotte. The dining room offer great city and bay views. A coworker and I were here for brunch and I valet parked. I left my cell phone in the car and when he parked the car he noticed it. He brought my phone up to my table.

I ordered the crab cake Benedict and a mimosa. I've not eaten other meals here, but brunches are nicely done.

Amazing views of the bay, the wine specialist was very knowledgeable and had great suggestions. For a party of 5 with different meals, everything was delicious and looked amazing.

Staying at the hotel Lotte for several days and decided to have breakfast in the restaurant on the top floor. The space is beautifully decorated. Theres are lots of flowers throughout the space as table decor & center pieces on main, large tables that hold plates and various other items in the center of the room. The breakfast options provided a fair number of options.. we went for the avocado toast, fruit plate, and an omelette. The flavors were nice, as expected for the fairly standard breakfast menu options but the prices are rather steep…. A breakfast for 2 people is about $110. That’s $8/coffee (x2), $18/fruit plate, $25/one slice of avocado toast, $32/omelet, standard mandatory included 20% service charge (with an odd caveat: there is a printed message on the receipt stating that only 85% of the included gratuity is split amongst the service staff so we felt the need to tip extra & did leave more), and tax. I never have a problem tipping, as I was in the service industry for years. The only thing about that is that I expect the service to be in keeping with the caliber of restaurant (and in this case, their exorbitant pricing). The service here is somewhat lacking. Refills for coffee seldom come and when they do, they are asked about first and then filled a little while later… mainly with coffee that is barely warm, and cools further with the addition of creamer. At $8 for a cup of coffee, I would expect a bit better service - perhaps HOT coffee and maybe just to leave an insulated carafe on the table if prompt service is not feasible in a dining room that has 5 sitting tables in it split between at least two different servers. When we were done with our meals, the dirty plates sat on the table quite awhile before being asked if they could be cleared, which we of course wanted & had silverware positioned to note as much. And then had to ask and wait for the check. All in all, the convenience is there for guests staying at the Lotte Hotel… but I would just recommend that, regardless of which meal time, find a restaurant that has better service. That way it doesn’t feel like you’re being bamboozled in an almost empty restaurant with outrageous prices.

My son and I had the most elegant, fine dining experience at Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge.

The filet mignon was the best steak in Seattle (compliments to the chefs!), absolutely wonderful staff (thank you Daniel!) and the live sounds of jazz music was real nice. Everything was the best.

Came in for a late lunch with a friend for her birthday. The vegan option for lunch, the stone pot with tofu, was extremely lackluster and I do not recommend it at all. That said, my friend loved her kimchi grilled cheese and the complementary pistachio dessert our server gave her. The service was fantastic and the view from our table was breathtaking. Hopefully their dinner menu has better vegan options! Will be back to see.

Had such a beautiful and incredibly delicious dinner here for a mother’s day celebration. The staff were so kind and helped make our celebration night so special. The valet parking was so easy. Such a beautiful atmosphere with live music but did not feel loud at all. This restaurant also has one of the best sunset views of the sound I highly recommend watching the sunset from here.

Their cocktails are fun and creative (especially the one with Szechuan peppers). The vegetable risotto is absolutely delicious, but it's almost too pretty to eat!
