Update: Super sad that the menu changed and excluded my favorite items. No more beef chow fun. No more fried rice. I hope those items come back.
Original: WOW!!! Went here with my partner, who is from HK, and they were super impressed. Legit HK dishes, done completely on point. Down to the dry ho fan (chow fun) using the correct noodles (something you rarely see in the US) to the hella authentic black pepper sauce, we were blown away. Oh, and the chili oil on the table is legit too, it's seasoned not just chili oil! The service was amazing too, oh and the HK milk tea hot was also just like you'd get in HK! Highly recommend, we'll be back soon!

The beef was so soft it practically melted, and the lemon chili sauce gave it a bold, tangy kick. Noodles were springy and perfectly cooked, I loved every bite!
