We waited outside for 20 minutes just to put our name down. There was no dedicated host. The server was also the host. Then she told us there weren't anymore tables since they were 90 minutes until closing time. She didn't tell the other 10 people waiting in line outside to put their names down so I had to. Waste of time.

I’ve been in multiple times and their burrata is so delicious. My partner and I came in this time for SRW and the service was friendly and kind as usual. The pasta main courses, while still good, were a lot of cream without much else other flavor. After completing our main dishes, we waited 20 minutes for our desserts to come out and unfortunately the tiramisu was 95% marscapone with super crunchy lady fingers and a burnt tasting espresso on the bottom. Overall, I’d still come for the burrata but the other dishes we tried were average.

The hype is fully justified on this one! I ordered the five cheese plate. I only knew I wanted the aged gouda and let my server pick the other four. All five were outstanding, as was the spiced fig jam. The focaccia bread was incredible, but so filling I couldn’t finish my cheeses, so I boxed them up for my hotel fridge.
To the staff’s credit, I was one of the only customers right when they opened, and they were working overtime filling my water! I had been walking around town for hours and was worried about getting kidney stones from the cheese overload. I cannot say enough kind words about both the staff and the food! I came to Seattle to knock things off my bucket list, but they really made me want to go back, so I probably will. I really loved the view from the dining room. Seattle at its finest.

Good bowl of radiatore pasta with Parmesan, cream sauce, and basil. It could have used a bit more flavorful, but it was good, warm, and filling comfort food on a cold autumn day. $2 off almost everything on the menu for happy hour.

The food was delicious. The service was great. Parking was a pain given that it's downtown. The restaurant is a little small and therefore loud. The bar area would have been great to sit at but we had a minor with us. If I lived in the area we would definitely go back. I live in Portland and now have a craving that I can't scratch.

We gave The Cheese Room Seattle another shot after a rough first visit, and while things improved in terms of service - our server was on top of things this time around - the food was a bit of a mixed bag. Our usual favorites held up well, but the pasta dish we tried was disappointingly bland. Overall, we're still craving more flavor in our meals.

The food(Lobster Ravioli) and pasta was okay but definitely not worth all the hype. The tiramisu was quite disappointing as well but the drinks were good.

This place is so cute!! my sister and i went here for dinner as our one night in seattle and had the best time!! we ordered the cheese board, the Radiatore mortadella, the malfadine, drinks including an espresso martini, and the tiramisu and loved all of it!! our waiter kris was so nice and shared that he was originally from our home town area!! kris offered some recommendations for sightseeing and shared the the places we needed to see before we leave!! when we come back we’ll definitely stop by again for more delicious food and great atmosphere!!

If you are a straight person your server will have an attitude. And the food is not authentic. I recommend until you stay away

This place was busy, and kept the staff on their toes, but they handled it with ease. The food was amazing, definitely get a cheese plate for the table and ask the server for their suggestions. It was a great way to start our vacation.

Wow, what an incredible restaurant! Every menu item revolves around cheese. I came here with a friend, and for us it was an easy, fast walk from the convention center. We sat with a nice view of the street. The restaurant has a cozy vibe. Service was fantastic. We were checked on often and it didn’t take long for our food to come out.
I had the lobster bisque ravioli, and in all truth, this is one of the best pasta dishes I have ever had. It had such depth and nuance, and the freshness of the corn and dill were amazing. I had a local cider from Yonder with it. My friend loved his food, too. We both ate every bite. I raved about this place to other friends at the convention, and they made plans to go, too.
