Good coffee shop with knowledgeable and friendly staff about all different types of coffee they offer. Per staff, they roast their coffee medium to dark, so there is no light roast here. The shop has lots of tables for working or sitting down to enjoy an espresso.

For those out of town visitors looking for and in need of a coffee pick up - head down to Fonte' Coffee on 1st Ave - 1st rate service (went in for a 2nd time the following day and the barista remembered our order 😉) really good coffee great choice of snacks and or meals, comfortable seating in a relaxed atmosphere.
Look forward to heading back soon !!

Dropped in here 12/3/25 for a mid-afternoon energy boost while traveling. It was so cozy and welcoming! The barista was awesome-friendly, talkative, and excellent at his job! I would move to Seattle just to frequent this shop! And the coffee cake was delicious!

Coffee EXCELLENT (bought a second before leaving) Meats a little weird? We got 2 plates, a stuffed waffle and a plate of bacon, eggs, potatoes. Everything was good but the meat.

While there I had an everything bagel and an iced Caramello. The Cherry Street Coffee House is a convenient place to grab breakfast before exploring downtown Seattle.

We checked this place for breakfast while visiting Seattle. We ordered their Belgian waffles and were looking forward to be served with freshly baked waffles. It came out just ok but was prepared in a rush. There was one staff member doing it all (taking orders, serving food, etc) which is a bit disappointing.
