After seeing photos of the back of the house from Midich Isphat, if that is his real name or a pseudonym, the Chick-fil-A on Aurora in Seattle should be shut down for health code violations. I could never eat there.

I didn't think much of the chicken it was all dry and rubber i don't even have even dentures so it's impossible to eat if it was tender and succulent I can eat it but not when it's cooked till death do us part!

Don’t come here! I haven’t been here in months because the food was terrible last time. (How is that even possible?!) But on a whim, I tried again. Big mistake! I was there for twenty minutes and they screwed up EVERYONE’S order. Every single person…. Including mine. They forgot my fries and the gal said he didn’t ring it up but “would I like to stand in line to get rung up for some?” Seriously?!? Stand in line to pay more because your guy messed up and didn’t press the meal button? Couldn’t you just offer to give me a tiny order or apologize? Instead, they made excuses to every single person that “they’ve been busy.”
Ok, no problem. I won’t bother you with my business anymore because you apparently can’t handle it.
And for the record, people will wait for food, so don’t rush and screw everything up… and then make excuses. Make it right!

this location is for the most part great! but i just went through the drive through, and there’s a man (managerial looking guy) with an open carry gun on his hip, yelling at the employee working with me in the drive through. i am shocked at the intimidation aspect, as i haven’t experienced this here before. the employee, young ish / female presenting, was kind and respectful while getting yelled at. i highly recommend a staff change for that man.

They charge you in line and then claim they don't have record of your payment and force you to pay again at the window. No customer service what so ever. They literally told me the solution is to dispute the extra charge with my credit company as if I was the one who made the mistake. They refused my request to look into it on their side of things. Zero customer service. Zero.
