My partner and I asked Leo and his team to cater our wedding party after visiting him frequently at Latino Town. They were incredible! They worked with us to design a menu that would work for all our guests, drove super far, showed up early, brought an extra delicious drink option that was super popular, as well as tons of perfectly-prepared toppings, and gave us leftovers before departing. We’re already trying to think of what we could hire Leo’s team for next. We absolutely love them and their amazing food. Go go go!

I don't want to be a destructive comment but rather for the owner to start doing things right.
I went from Oregon to Seattle to try them and I was disappointed, the top was already days old, the meat that was put in my taco was hard and burnt, it's not what the photo looks like.
I didn't even eat the roast beef, it looks like it was cooked in water and tasteless. The dried vegetables. Like the day before.
It bothers me a little because they put photos that are very different from what I saw.
And more courage than the reviews are not honest.

The best tacos in Seattle. The truth is that it has been a long time since I had good tacos al Pastor and I had not found that they were top-quality. Martín and his team are super cool! The sauces are very good and not too spicy.I ordered a gringa de pastor, a taco campechano and a taquito de pastor.
