I've been eating here about once a week for the last 6 months and I think I'm finally done. This is probably the worst chipotle I've ever visited. The employees don't care and it shows in the food quality and wait time. At peak lunch time they have at most one person working the line and that one person will spend time chatting with another employee rather than serving you, even when the line is wrapped around the store.
When I do get my food, there's two or three pieces of inedible chicken in just about every bowl. Altogether, it makes me want to avoid this place and choose from any of the dozens of good options around it.

Very poor chipotle that couldn’t find a DoorDash order. Staff recommended I call “1-800-chipotle” instead of remaking the order since they couldn’t locate it in their system.

During my vacation, this was the first place I stopped at, and I was greeted with some of the most mediocre Chipotle bowls I've ever had. The restaurant smelled like urine, and I had to clean off my table before I could sit down.

Waiting time is insane- every day only one guy is working to serve food , wasted lots of just to park and too many time to order and 1 hour so gone just to order freaking food- every days the guy work super slow

Just stopped by this location as I was walking back to my hotel and wanted a burrito. She made the burrito I ordered a fountain drink and I was advised our ice machine is broken. I looked at my burrito before she wrapped it in foil and it was split down the middle she put another tortilla around it and it also split down the middle I asked her to remake the whole thing and she told me no. She said this is perfectly good and I said no it’s not it’s split open and she said take this one or I give money back. I asked once again to remake it and she said no so I took my refund and left. Highly disappointed in the customer service received at this location. I attempted to call the location once I got back to my hotel and says no one is available for a phone call.
I’d give them 0 stars if I could.
UPDATE: Reached out to corp on their website got a reply back asking me questions I already answered in my original email to them. They thanked me for my business and that was the end of that.
