This particular chipotle is so good. I feel like I’m constantly getting disappointed by chipotles, but not this one. The chicken was so good. If I didn’t live an hour away I’d come here to all the time.

Smallest scoop of protein and then a shake to make it even smaller. It’s unbelievable, for the amount that you pay that they will still be this stingy. It’s newest location but pretty dirty. The best chipotle location is in Bellevue near PCC it’s also cleaner and the food is made hot. This location you risk the chance of getting food poisoning because everything is cold and sitting, I saw a team member go to the restroom and not wash their hands and then another touch their phone and not wash their hands and then start serving food. Never again.

Hi Karry, I want to bring to your attention some issues with my service and purchase today, Saturday, July 19th.
Service: I arrived at 2 PM. Your store was out of fajita veggies. The young man said they were starting on it now and it would be 10 to 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, still no fajita veggies. I waited five more minutes looked again still no fajita veggies. Finally at 2:25, I stood in line asked about the fajita veggies and was told by a new young man that they were gonna be started on soon and it would be another 20 to 25 minute wait.
Purchase: I paid for a Mexican Coke, but when I got home, it was not in the bag. In terms of my meal, the portion size was the smallest I’ve ever received any chipotle ever, so in the 0.5% percentile.

Worst fast food experience of my life. Showed up 5 min after the pickup time, was told to wait 5 more minutes. Gave me the wrong order the told me they didnt make mine yet. Then messed up forgetting my kids food and drinks. What should've taken 2 minutes took 25 and the order messed up 3 times

Honestly the best chipotle in Seattle, and literally one of the only ones where you can taste each ingredient, each spice, rice, tomatos...etc. Makes me miss chipotle despite eating chipotle multiple times a week.

I forgot to get a receipt and needed to reimburse a meal for a work trip. Liam fielded 4 different phone calls to help me get what I needed sent to my email and was helpful and happy through the whole experience. Thank you sir!

Let me start out by saying that the staff was great and very helpful. The manager was polite but they could have handled the issue better by offering a refund.
I am a life long vegetarian. I like that chipotle seems to offer health conscious options and solid protein options like sofritas. This time however i found a piece of meat (pork according to an employee) in the queso AND the guacamole. When i showed it to the staff, they very rightly escalated the issue to the manager. The manager heard me out (I hadnt left the restaurant since I ordered) and offered to make me another plate. Why would I want to eat again right away when I know there is meat in everything? I was polite and friendly even though I was very disappointed that I ended up with a meal that completely killed my appetite. No refund was offered. I just walked out and gave the meal to someone who could use it.
Just disappointed with the experience.

Terrible. I eat chipotle once a week and it was my second time ordering from this outlet after moving to seattle. I ordered a veggie bowl for pickup and guess what - for the guac - they put a whole Avocado - uncut, unmashed, no seasoning and it was so hard I had to mash it myself. Terrible incompetence and laziness. When I try to report it on the chipotle app and ask for a refund of my guac charge, all they do is direct me to that stupid chat bot. Also the bowl was so salty with enough sodium to give you a heart attack. I’m shocked - not going to this store again.
