The food here has been a letdown on multiple visits. It arrives cold most of the time, which completely takes away from the flavor. The portions are also extremely small compared to the price, making it feel like poor value.
Online orders are even worse. Not only is the quantity less than what you’d expect, but they often forget or skip several toppings. It’s frustrating to pay full price and end up with a meal that feels incomplete.
Overall, between the consistently cold food, missing items, and the small portions, this location doesn’t feel worth the money.

If you order delivery and you have a female name on the order THEY WILL SKIMP ON RICE it’s happened too many times, and when I put a male name on it, its a normal amount

I used to order through the app then pick it up but now I go in and order in person because they LOADDDD my bowl up. I get a chicken bowl and it’s $10.10 for a giant bowl (I always get extra rice). Not only do they hook me up with the portions but everytime I’ve been in here, the customer service has been so nice. One gal offered to put the cheese on before the other toppings so it was more melty—which I thought was very thoughtful! Overall, just love this location.
I always order through DoorDash. The chicken only came with 4 tiny pieces, and the stir-fried vegetables were burnt, soggy, and had a bitter taste like they were old. I hope the kitchen staff are properly trained and use fresh ingredients. Please pay more attention to this.

I’ve been coming here for years. For a while, things went down hill. However, things have turned around significantly! The place is much cleaner, the service is great, and the staff is thoughtful about the quality and how they put your food together. They usually have most ingredients too including grilled veggies! To whoever is running the place now, great work on turning things around!
