For example, they would allow the homeless people in the area to come in the store dig in the garbage take out the foil from the previous customers meals they then would go in the bathroom And smoke for an inside of there They then were allowed to come and ask us if we had any food and the manager would casually say yes and give orders that have not been picked up to them but the strange part about that is that if a customer didn’t get there order after twenty mins the manger would have us give to the the addicts that resulted in the very angry customers wondering where there pick up order is . The entire store is laced with traces of fettnal and germs because they let the users hang out there all day the The second thing was the cook Izzy is there Monday through Sunday would casually turn around and sneeze. The food is right there and I could physically see the sneeze going on the food because there is no space in between the line and the grill that same cook told me he might be allergic to something he might be making, but he is not willing to take time off to see about the allergy and other words he’d rather sneeze on your food then to go get his allergy checked out. They don’t wash hands and the people in the back prepping food also don’t wear gloves most times The third thing was the racism if you were not working there for a long time or you were at immigrant of color they would speak bad about you right in front of your face. There’s about seven people that have worked there for over 7 years and they are allowed to do whatever they want. They huddle up every day and talk about you to the point you get so uncomfortable and want to leave the job that is why they do not have much people at the store except those seven people Brian is a drug addict who comes in and out the store high as a kite and the joseph sits in the office texting his girlfriend all day refusing to do anything I even walked in the office on him saying he can’t wait to get of to do molly after work eat at your own risk I have morals and I quit

The stench of urine when I walked in was the first red flag. I had already placed my order online, so what I had left was hope. I order online most of the time in hopes my order will be correct, no room for misunderstanding, or so I thought. Missing items I requested and paid for. I went back for the chips thinking it was the only oversight. I got home to find i was wrong, more items missing.Parking was convenient by using the qfc lot, but said convenience becomes void if the restaurant reeks of urine and they can't even get your order right. Not likely return to this location even if they are giving out free food. If you have not gone here, I recommend that you do not.

It’s tough because I LOVE Chipotle, but this one really deserves all of the criticism it gets. Assuming your order is even correct (big assumption here), the portions are maybe 1/2 to 2/3 what you would get at a proper Chipotle.

I love this place!!! Awesome, fresh, tastey, hit-the-spot Mexican food!! Not only that but the staff is super friendly, competent, fast, accurate and simply wonderful!! I'd recommend this establishment to any- and everybody!! Mmmm, writing this review is making me crave my mouth-watering burrito bowl!!!!! :) Yum!!P.S. I'm not well off, but I can get a large burrito bowl with all the toppings for just under $10. So this establishment is affordable to boot!! Woohoo!!Vegetarian options: Even dishes w/ meat in them can be traded out for beans. Veggies or rice, no problem!
This specific restaurant just plain admitted they won’t serve fajita veggies ever again. I asked the manager and his response was “we get delivered veggies with mold so that’s why we stopped serving it”. Not sure how the Chipotle chain allows a store run without one of the most important ingredients of their gastronomic offer. It’s like if a McDonalds restaurant decided to stop adding Thousand Island sauce to their BigMac. I just stopped eating there.

Friday afternoon and the place is out of the following: Black Beans, Veggies, Barbacoa, Tortilla, Pico, Lettuce, and Sour Cream. Am I missing something? Your staff is wonderful. The management is clearly not. Why would anyone ever come here if they can not order what is advertised on your menu? Honest question.

Went to order my burrito at 4:15pm on 12/23/23.When worker asked my toppings i told themlettuce,cheese, salsa, etc. (no extra servings just the toppings i wanted)The worker then exclaimed “GOD DAMNNNN”The worker looked like a young college student. He was an around 22 year old young asian male. Believe he had glasses and black hair (he was wearing a chipotle hat)Next time you wanna come here think twice! They like to fat shame people!How unbelievably rude and uncalled for.Noone working ANY job should get away with treating people with that lack of basic human dignity.
