Its a Chipolte... Like if you want food and you don't have a lot of money to spend in Seattle it's fine. The staff was very friendly but it felt like nobody had any idea what was going on, the added things to my burrito bowl that i did not ask for but oh well. The food was average Chipolte and the restaurant was decently clean. I did end up sitting in a booth that smelled slightly of vomit and something got on my pants that also looked and smelled like vomit but im choosing to believe it was just old food. Decent experience.

Chipotle is consistently the most affordable meal in the area for the amount of food you get—when getting a bowl. Chicken bowl is the way to go, white rice black beans.
- This location was generally dirty and had an awkward set up with the drinks/condiments. Staff was nice but just made some errors getting my side of guac to me.

Very disappointed with the service. Please check your camera recordings on July 31 before closing time. There were only two customers — myself and another person. The employee could have easily served us both, but instead, she spent a long time laughing and chatting with the other customer, even asking him if he wanted the rest of the meat. Because of the time wasted, I couldn’t place my order or eat before closing. This experience was very rude and unprofessional.

This is the dirtiest and blandest Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Almost every table was dirty, the bathroom was filthy, and the food tasted bland. I left feeling like the food didn’t hit the same and the whole experience made me feel gross. The brown rice looked white with a hint of tan in some places, it really seemed like they added something to it to make it look like brown rice. This is not the Chipotle experience I am used to. The employees definitely do not seem even slightly happy to work for them. Will not be returning.

W staff they always seem chill and generous with their portions compared to u-village store. Sometimes they run out of stuff but it’s common in the restaurant industry
they have fixed the place and trained up the staff so its gotten better!

Place is very hit or miss. Most the time miss not going to lie. I eat here a lot because I work nearby. 70 percent of the time the get my order wrong or have very small portions. But when they actually decide to work it is pretty good 👍

Pretty standard chipotle. Sure if you order online and are a bit rude, you'll definitely get less food. Everyone knows that right? Also they get a lot of college traffic, so come before it's too late as they have ran out of certain food items before. Pretty good if you know these things, but I can see why people are upset.

I ordered a burrito bowl with guac, and the guac was frozen… i felt the ice particles while i was eating… it was disgusting. I didn’t finish the bowl at all.
Just had the most surreal experience at this chipotle.
They didn’t tell us that they only had barbacoa/carnitas until we had started ordering, or that they were out of all toppings except two kinds of salsa and cheese. Extremely tiny portions, maybe they were trying to stretch what they had left. Still got charged the same amount. Staff was super obnoxious, e.g. instead of asking if we wanted white or brown rice, one server said, “do you want the zeezee or the zaazaa?” while laughing his head off with his friend. Peak humor, my guy. I ordered a tortilla on the side, and they forgot to include it. My friend found a large piece of plastic in his bowl. They were out of forks. There was garbage all over the floor. Note that all of this was more than 2 hours before their closing time.

Came here often before and they always gave out very small portions compared to other locations, but today I ordered a pick up order through doordash and since I was sick my friends pick it up for me. At first my friends told me to resend my order since the chipotle said they didnt have my order. Then the chipotle worker asked for the maps so they can see I ordered in the chipotle on the ave. After showing her, she proceeded to say that we ordered at the wrong place and it was the chipotle in uvillage, which it clearly was not because I live 5 mins walk away from this chipotle and it shows on the map. My friend then ask if they can remake it and they said they cant do that because it was place through doordash and when my friend asked to talk to a manager, the employee said she was the manager. Thankfully door dash gave me a refund even though it was a huge inconvenience.
