Chipotle Mexican Grill

I always get the burrito and it’s always massive. Staff is friendly and portions are what I’m looking for from chipotle. Convenient location on top of that.

The employees here especially the night shift people are always rude. There’s been a couple in specific. this young Asian girl and young Hispanic man in their twenties probably. They must’ve been high or something they were so out of it, laughing at every little thing, looking around at everything but me. Scrambling around like chickens with their heads cut off. Honestly I don’t care if they smoke weed before their shift, but if you can’t handle it maybe you shouldn’t be doing it at work. They ended up making my food horribly. Another seperate time. This young Hispanic male told me I shouldn’t order what I want individually but to do it all at once. This is fine if he said it nicely but he said it with so much attitude!! Also this is odd because it was not busy at all there. I was ordering a burrito and then two bowls which I ordered the burrito first then the bowls together? So why the attitude? I apologized and he just rolled his eyes at me like I’m sorry you hate your job. I just got off a 8 hour retail shift and still was nice to him but he couldn’t do the same? The man that was in front of me ordered his bowls completely separate and he was nice and didn’t have attitude to him. Management needs to figure this out because why is it everytime I go in here they’re rude and don’t give much food when I say please/ thank you after every little thing and am nice. I love the food but cannot bear coming in here for the sole reason the employees are horrible. I understand working with the public is annoying but at some point it gets to be too much when I’m having a negative experience everytime I come in. Have the rude employees work in the back or something because they obviously can’t handle social interactions.

Pretty reliable in consistency for a Chipotle, pretty rare that they miss anything in my order. I have also learned that certain times of the day are better to order from here than others. Pro tip: If you are getting takeout or delivery, and have an oven at home, throw the chips in there for a few minutes to make them crunchier.

Got a chicken burrito today and it had a taste that was foul like burnt or smoke. Tried to call to have them double check their chicken. Automated phone system was not helpful at all and wouldn't let me speak to a real person. I wish I could leave a message or speak to someone that works there. 2 stars for the food.

I’m supper frustrated about the time, I have been waiting in line for 10 minutes and only 3 customers form of me, every freaking time - it takes me 20 to 40 to order .. only one guy working and one guy at the cash looking at the guy who is working by home self… every freaking time is the same …

The staff is absolute trash and rude and needs to be trained in customer service.

One of the nicer chipotles. They actually try to keep the tables clean and they don't clog the other line with online orders. Bathrooms don't smell great though.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the food is very flavorful! I came in at peak lunch time and the wait wasn’t long at all, but I also didn’t feel rushed when I was ordering.
Definitely one of the best-tasting meals I’ve had from any Chipotle, especially the cilantro-lime rice!
