I wanted to start off this review by stating that we messed up and ordered from the wrong location. My wife and I live up in Lynden, but regularly order delivery for my mother in law from the West Seattle Chipotle because my mother in law is unable to drive. Today, we received a coupon from Chipotle and decided that since the weather is so hot, we would order some take out. Instead of ordering from the Bellingham location, my wife accidentally ordered from the West Seattle location (which is approximately 2.5 hours from our house). As soon as the order was placed, we realized our error and tried to call in to cancel our order. With a coupon that was about a $12 discount, or order came out to a total of $38.05 (Chipotle pricing is another story completely, but that is not the point of this review). Once reaching the store by phone (literally a few seconds after the order was placed) we were told that our order was not refundable and that the cancellation fee would be $40. So, we could eat the $38.05, or be charged an additional $40 on top of the $38.05 (total of $78.05) to cancel our order. Disgust would be an understatement. I’ll give it to you this time, Chipotle, you have my $38.05 but you will never receive another penny from this family. Again, it was our error, but the way the situation was handled was appalling. Penny wise, but dollar foolish.
To add insult to injury to injury, to address my concerns I am directed to Chipotles website where I can start a conversation with their AI chat bot called “Pepper”. They didn’t even have the decency to send me direct contact link to save the heartache of chatting to a bot. I see your copied and pasted response, Scott. Thanks, but no thanks
gave me my quesadilla cold, put it in the bag so the red salsa spilled all over the bottom as well as didn’t give me the adobo ranch i paid .75cents extra for each. everytime i go in employees are rude.

Wasn't a good day for Chipotle. Tortilla machine was out of order and soda machine was spouting soda water. Maybe they'll get it together. I suggest putting an explanation sign up when you have limited availability of main items like tortillas. Staff spoke too fast without clearly explaining what the alternatives were. Or maybe just close for the day. Was picking up for someone else, Chipotle's not my favorite anyway.

Been coming here weekly for a long time. Haven't been able to order a burrito for over 2 weeks. At least hang a sign on the front door to let people know instead of making us come in and wait in line to find out

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Chipotle West Seattle. They’ve been out of tortillas for FOUR DAYS straight. How is that even possible for a national chain that literally specializes in burritos? This is unprofessional and extremely frustrating for customers who want what they came for.
What’s worse is the app still lets you order burritos — but when you show up in person, they casually tell you the machine is broken. Yet somehow, they’re still sending burritos to go. Make it make sense. That’s misleading and poor customer service.
On top of that, I paid full price for my meal and got mostly rice and meat that was half fat. No quality control, and when I asked for a refund, they refused. That’s not how you treat loyal customers — and I’m one of the most frequent ones in this area.
Chipotle corporate needs to step in, fix the tortilla issue immediately, and make this right. I expect a refund or at least a gift card for this mess. Do better.

Completely inedible. The steak is so chewy and grisly it has to be over 5hrs old and the worst cut of meat. The tortilla and chips were stale as well. How hard is it to have fresh meat and tortillas. It’s literally all you sell? I ordered 2 steak bowls, burrito, and “large” chips=$50. They don’t even bother to fill the bowls with rice and beans now. It’s partially empty. What the hell is wrong with Chipotle? Let’s just hope I don’t get food poisoning on top of it all. Take a look at the photos before you visit this or any chipotle for that matter.

2 sub par orders in a row, the most recent of which was missing items that I requested extra of. Not good Chipotle, not good.
