I voted with my feet. I love this place. Anytime I walk in, I'm almost always greeted with a friendly hello, even if there's a long line. If there's no one in the store or only a few customers, someone always belts out a cheery "Welcome to Chipotle". (I believe the previous reviewer simply lied and is a cranky-pants kind of guy.)
The staff keeps the place as clean as possible, even during high foot-traffic times.

I voted with my feet. When the restaurant you walk into and stand at their counter has about 10 people behind it working and they don't acknowledge you within a minute, then to top it off someone finally sees you and argues with another employee whose turn it is to take an order.... With still no greeting and both walk away changing out food trays.... Hmm not sure if I can trust the attention to detail with food handling. Oh and tables and floors dirty.
