I rarely post a bad review, but every time I come to this specific location, it is still C. Thankfully, behind the counter, looked a lot cleaner, and the people working here are very nice. Having done executive coaching for leaders at this company, I know they would be qualified to see how dirty the places. I hope they get their act together..

Amazing food, very clean, staff are really nice. My only complaint is the service can be slow, but only because they're understaffed - not their fault. I get lunch here every day on my lunch break!

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience at this Chipotle was truly disappointing. I waited in line for 15 minutes with only a few people ahead of me, only to be told that the freshly cooked chicken I saw was reserved exclusively for online orders. As a walk-in customer, that meant I couldn’t get the protein I wanted, even though it was right there. A heads-up before waiting would have saved me time as I could have ordered online from the start. Instead, I had to place an online order anyway since the only option available in-store was pork, which I can’t eat. The order was estimated at 10 minutes but ended up taking another 15.
To make matters worse, the dining area was dirty, with tables and floors left unclean. Chipotle needs to prioritize the customers standing in front of them, not just those ordering through an app. For a chain I’ve visited often, this location was a truly disappointing experience.

I visit this location often because it’s in the U Village but it’s getting to the point that I think I will avoid it. It’s not clean. Food is often on tables and on the floor left from previous customers. Often staff members can be seen at these dirty tables during their breaks and don’t seem to care . Gross.

Visited 10/25 11am. Found a grocery sticker while eating. Left a message to Chipotle, but never received a response after a week. Not even an apology. The store was pretty unorganized when visited so not surprised…

This chipotle is usually fine, but sometimes one worker is always at the front and is unkind and honestly rude to every customer no matter what. He doesn’t listen to what you say and skimps on every portion size, moving on before you’re done ordering. Ruins the experience and makes me not want to come back.

System was down and no one bothered to say anything to the line forming. I understand technical issues happen but at least be courteous to the customers walking in. Employees just stared at us for 5 minutes. :(
